Overall, leisure and sports accounted for the highest number of hours acorss almost all demographics, peaking among older women and those with edicational levels Conversely, working hours were highest among middle aged-women and those holding higher academic qualifications.

Leisure and sports dominated weekly schedules for both the youngest (36.8 hours for ages 15–19) and oldest cohorts (51.7 hours for ages 75 & over). In contrast, working hours peaked between the ages of 25 and 54, remaining steady at approximately 26 to 27 hours per week before dropping sharply to 5.9 hours in the 65–74 bracket and just 1.3 hours for those 75 and older. Time spent on household activities grew steadily with age, starting at a low of 6.0 hours for teenagers and peaking at 21.1 hours for women aged 65 to 74.

Education level inversely affected leisure time while positively correlating with working hours. Women with less than a high school diploma spent the most time on leisure (43.1 hours) and household duties (20.0 hours), but recorded the fewest working hours (10.7 hours).
