Student answer (Band 4.5)
according to the modern sociesities the are always some unsolveable problem. when there are always 2 side of junk food over the world. one belive that junk food is for advertisation and it is also feel like a shame for the problem so it should be banned. another say the junk food does not contribute about the problem of obesity and should not be banned.
for the first site, their ideal is making up people about how the junk food is effecting the obesity of the population, when actually junk food is a food that didn't need to prepare much so it always considered to be fast but not good for the health. it have it's own problem when most of them don't have high on nutrigen they are high on fat and protein so it can't be as healthy as the homemade food when we can decide what to put in. so it is kind of resonable for the blame.
for the second site, they always having a high repect and relive on junk food when there are not time to cook they can just buy it and eat it at the same time which is very convinient. beside it can produce the energy for them to working in high pressure of studying for a long time also most of them having a pretty high of taste when most people can eat them normally.
for me junk food is having it's positive and negative face so i always just deciding it as a normal food when it is convinient but not healthy or not convinient and healthy and it always making high on financial on many country most in america for that thing i always say it just a food.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You attempt to discuss both views and give a personal position, so the response is relevant to the question. The first side is linked to health concerns, while the second is supported by convenience and the energy people need for studying or work. However, the arguments are only partly clear and are not developed with specific examples or evidence. The claim that junk food is “high on fat and protein” does not clearly explain why advertising should be banned, and the opposing view is presented mainly as a practical benefit rather than an argument about advertising. Your conclusion that junk food has “positive and negative face” gives a general stance, but does not clearly state whether advertising should be banned. Develop each view and answer that policy question directly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph for each view, and a concluding paragraph. This helps the reader identify the main sections of your discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, and connections between ideas are often unclear. For example, the first-view paragraph moves from preparation time to nutrition and then to blame without explaining each link. Connectors such as “for the first site,” “for the second site,” and “beside” are repetitive or do not accurately show the relationship between ideas. The final paragraph also combines your opinion with a point about financial effects without explaining the connection. Use clearer topic sentences and link each supporting point explicitly to the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “obesity,” “nutrigen,” “homemade food,” “convenient,” and “high pressure,” and you attempt to express ideas about health and practicality. However, the range is basic and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make meaning difficult to follow. Phrases such as “junk food is for advertisation,” “high repect and relive,” and “making high on financial” are unclear or unsuitable in context. There is also repetition of “junk food,” “food,” and “problem.” Aim to learn accurate topic collocations and use them in complete, natural phrases—for example, describe advertising as “promoting unhealthy products” and explain its possible influence on “eating habits.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt some longer sentences using clauses such as “when there are not time to cook” and “when most people can eat them normally,” but control is limited. Errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur frequently and sometimes obscure your meaning. For instance, “it have it's own problem” needs a subject–verb agreement correction, while “they can just buy it and eat it at the same time which is very convinient” needs clearer clause punctuation and structure. Several sentences begin with lowercase letters, and the opening contains fragments that do not form a clear grammatical statement. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses using “because,” “although,” and “therefore.”
