Student answer (Band 6.0)
In today's world the hindrance of mixed schools in which boys and girls are educated together has attracted the considerable attention which play an crucial role in society as whole. Some people argue that the above mention point is meaningful while other oppose it. Apparently, I am partially agree with the given statement as is reduce social anxiety between different genders, but at the same time it yield to many consequences.
The co-educational is remedy for real world preparation. As the environment outside the school is mix of genders. Through co-ed schools pupils learn to deal, talk, walk and co-operate with different sex. Moreover, the mixed schools are cheaper and convenient to run. The separate school can cause economy complications as more area is needed and need more infrastructure to build. In addition, the gender in equality problems can be reduce as from school earlier stages it can be taught to both genders are same potentially.
Conversely, the social distraction is very common to occur in co-educational school. The dresses, dating and crushes can kill students focus and also keen towards wrong direction. Furthermore, the discipline issues is the other major difficulty. The poor supervision can leads to bullying, shaming and disputes attributes to various destruction in the school. Apart from it in contemporary world delinquence occur due to mixed schools.
To wind up, according to my viewpoint every country must involve the both type of school the mixed and integrated schools so that students can join by their own desire.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both sides of the argument and providing a personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For example, the argument regarding 'economy complications' in single-sex schools is mentioned but not clearly explained or supported with specific evidence. The position is clear, but the conclusion introduces a new idea—that countries should offer both types of schools—which was not fully explored in the body paragraphs. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your main points with more detailed explanations and concrete examples rather than listing several brief, disconnected arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'In addition', and 'Conversely'. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as 'Apart from it in contemporary world'. Additionally, some transitions between sentences are abrupt, and the logical flow within paragraphs could be improved by ensuring each sentence clearly builds upon the previous one. The referencing is occasionally unclear, which makes the progression of ideas feel a bit disjointed at times.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The range of vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision and sophistication required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward word choices and collocations, such as 'hindrance of mixed schools' (which does not fit the context), 'economy complications', and 'delinquence occur'. While the meaning is generally clear, the vocabulary is often repetitive or used in a way that sounds unnatural. To improve, focus on learning collocations and using more academic, precise terminology rather than relying on basic or incorrectly applied words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Examples include 'I am partially agree' (should be 'I partially agree'), 'the environment... is mix of genders' (should be 'a mix'), and 'poor supervision can leads to' (should be 'can lead to'). Subject-verb agreement and article usage are inconsistent throughout the text. While the errors do not completely prevent understanding, they are frequent enough to lower the score. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement would be highly beneficial.
