in recent times, most educational facilities are mixed institutions, In which boys and girls are schooled together. However certain indiviuals believed that it would be more advantageous for both sexes to be educated separately. This essay will oppose this statement beacause the real world is mixed with both gender, hence the students needs to the groomed from tender age about the reality of the real world. Additionally, schooling together will help to scrub gender stratification and encourage gender equality.
The real world is a mixed society of both the male and female gender. When a child is groomed in a singe sex school, such students will struggle with adjusting to the society after graduation. However being groomed in a mixed school expecially for a female gender will help to know how to live, work and relate with opposite sex. or example such students will the familiar with boundries that needs ti be set with opposite sex.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The response addresses all parts of the task and presents a clear position throughout, arguing against single-sex schooling. The main ideas are relevant and generally well supported, particularly regarding socialisation and gender equality, such as when you mention that mixed schools help students learn how to relate to the opposite sex. However, some ideas are more fully developed than others; for instance, the concession paragraph acknowledging the benefits of single-sex education for concentration and addressing individual needs is somewhat brief and under-developed. To reach a higher band, all main ideas would need to be extended with further explanation and more specific examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with a clear line of argument from the introduction through the body paragraphs to the conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate different arguments, such as the social benefits, the cultural context, and the opposing view. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical or faulty. Cohesive devices like 'However', 'Hence', and 'In conclusion' are present, but referencing and transitions between sentences can feel abrupt, and some sentences lack smooth linking. Improving the variety and precision of your cohesive ties would create a clearer logical progression throughout the text.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, successfully communicating your main points about co-educational and single-sex schooling. You attempt less common vocabulary items such as 'gender stratification', 'tender age', and 'advantageous'. However, there are noticeable inaccuracies in word choice, collocation, and spelling throughout the text, such as 'indiviuals', 'beacause', 'needs to the groomed', 'expecially', 'boundries', 'cocentrates', and 'sinle'. While these errors do not seriously impede communication, they reflect a limited and developing control over lexical precision and spelling, which keeps the score at this level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writing displays a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating an attempt to use varied structures such as conditional and subordinate clauses. However, there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation. Issues include subject-verb agreement problems ('students needs', 'school will elaborate'), missing or incorrect articles ('the female gender', 'a singe sex school'), and prepositional errors ('in African society of today'). Punctuation and capitalization errors also occur at the beginnings of sentences and after punctuation marks. While these errors rarely completely impede communication, their frequency means that simple sentences are often more reliable than your complex attempts.
