Student answer (Band 4.5)
Reading and learning from the same school is not a big issue to talk about but there will be some peoples who have opposite thinking about girls and boys should be educated seperately till today. Overall, this statement has stated about the different mindset of every citizen of different countries.
Girls and boys are equally treated in every countries but still there are and will be some peoples who don't have idea and knowledge about equality. It's not that it will benefit form bring educated seperately in single sex school. Schools are established to provide education to each and every childrens and students whether, both the genders will be the same schools and seats.
Even though the some schools premises do not go with educating both gender together, but that does not mean students will not be educated in different sex schools. I completely disagree with this statement as, I am also a student and I go to the same school where there is boys full of students. Reading seperately in single sex schools will be a benefit for nobody. Instead, girls will lack know many things about their saftey and same goes to the boys.
In many parts of the world, all of the schools are same for both boys and girls. It's not about sending and educating the childrens in same sex schools, its about the knowledge and experiences that the students will gain after that.Thre is no any benefit of taking the students in same sex schools and with this mindset of people, it will ruin their childrens knowledge

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clearest when you write, “I completely disagree,” and you give a relevant reason: mixed schooling can help students learn about safety and understand one another. However, the response only partially develops the question. The opening discusses differing mindsets, and several later claims—such as “there is no any benefit” in single-sex schools—are asserted rather than explained or supported with a specific example. The discussion also shifts between equality, school access, and safety without fully showing why these points prove that co-education is preferable. To strengthen the response, explain one or two reasons in depth, acknowledge a possible benefit of single-sex education, and then show why you consider mixed schooling more beneficial overall.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has separate paragraphs and a recognisable overall direction: it introduces the issue, states disagreement, and ends by supporting mixed schools. Basic linking expressions such as “Even though,” “Instead,” and “In many parts of the world” help signal relationships between ideas. However, progression is difficult to follow because points are repeated or introduced without clear development. For example, the claim that schools are “the same for both boys and girls” does not clearly connect to the preceding discussion of safety. Some transitions are also awkward, and the final paragraph largely restates earlier claims rather than drawing the argument together. Give each paragraph one clear purpose and use explicit links to show how each reason supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “co-educational,” “single sex school,” “equality,” and “knowledge and experiences,” so the reader can identify the subject and your general view. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, sometimes making the intended meaning hard to follow. Examples include “some peoples,” “opposite thinking,” “benefit form bring educated,” and “girls will lack know many things.” Spelling errors such as “seperately” and “saftey” also reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural phrases for discussing education and practise using them in complete arguments; for instance, “students of both genders” and “develop awareness of personal safety” would express your ideas more precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt a mixture of simple statements and longer sentences, including a concession beginning “Even though” and a sentence with “Instead.” This shows an effort to connect ideas rather than relying only on short sentences. However, control is inconsistent, and many sentences contain errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, or verb patterns. For example, “Girls and boys are equally treated in every countries” has agreement and plural problems, while “I completely disagree with this statement as, I am also a student” has faulty punctuation and an awkward clause connection. The sentence beginning “Reading separately in single sex schools” also lacks a clear grammatical structure. Practise building accurate subject–verb sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check punctuation.
