Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is identifiable: you oppose co-education and support separate schools, as shown by “my review is to be promote separate education” and your conclusion. You also give reasons, including concerns about relationships, parents’ reactions, and safety. However, the task is only partially addressed because these points are asserted rather than explained or supported with relevant examples. The discussion of religious practice and the claim that co-education leads to rape cases are not developed into a clear argument, and some claims are overly broad. To strengthen the response, explain how single-sex education would improve learning or wellbeing, and support each main reason with a specific, relevant example. Keep the position clear while acknowledging the issue’s complexity.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5
The response maintains a broadly consistent position against co-education, and the reader can identify several intended reasons. However, ideas are presented in one long, largely unpunctuated sequence, so there is no clear progression from introduction to supporting points and conclusion. The repeated phrases “co education” and “in all over the world” do not create meaningful links, while connections between religion, relationships, rape cases, and marriage are difficult to follow. Use separate paragraphs for your position, each main reason, and the conclusion. Within them, use simple, accurate links such as “First,” “Another concern,” and “Therefore,” and make sure each sentence develops one point before moving to the next.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.0
Your vocabulary is basic and repetitive, with frequent reliance on words such as “bad,” “very,” “life,” and “difficulties.” Some topic-related terms, including “co-education,” “separate education,” and “relationship,” show an attempt to address the subject, but inaccurate spelling and word choice sometimes strain understanding. For example, “my review” appears to mean “my view,” and “we get suceed” does not express the intended idea clearly. Build a more precise range for discussing education, such as “academic environment,” “social interaction,” and “student wellbeing.” Check spelling and choose collocations carefully; this will help your reasons sound clearer and more convincing without relying on repeated general claims.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0
The response relies mainly on long strings of simple clauses joined without clear sentence boundaries, and there is little evidence of controlled complex sentence structure. Frequent errors in articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence construction make several ideas difficult to interpret. For instance, “the girls and boys school and colleges are different” has unclear agreement and structure, while “the girls got separate with boys in the marriage life” does not form a clear grammatical sentence. Punctuation is also largely absent, causing separate claims to run together. Practise writing short, complete sentences first, then add controlled clauses using “because” or “although.” Check each sentence for a subject, a correctly formed verb, and appropriate punctuation.
