Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many people around the world support that separately education between boys and girls are more effective than schools where both genders are mixed. Attending to co-educational schools could contribuite in the increasment of development social skills from a very early age this might help in the future, where they have to communicate with woman or men because whe are not separete on the real world. On the other hand, taking your kids to a single-sex institution might affect the way they socialize with the opposite sex.
Attending mixed schools where kids from a very young age can communicate and learn new social skills could help to increase the knowledge of how we co-exist with others. Learn how to socialize from a early age with others no matter what gender they are might be helpfull to be part of the community when they grow up.
Howawer, many people think that single-sex schools are a better option because they might feel that schools where only girls or boys attends are better and more efficient than a co-educational institution, maybe because this kind of schools have another approach or just because they feel is beneficial for they development.
From my perspective, one of them have more benefits than the other one, I attended to a public mixed school all my life, and helped me to understand and see different point of views about different subjects. Girls and boy think, grow or communicate in a very different way so I believe is essential to understand how our society. At the end, no mmater what school you attended, you are going to work with male or women.
The benefit of attending single-sex schools over mixed schools have differents point of views. Going to schools where boys and girls study together can be a game changer for the future, helping them with their social skills, compering to schools that only have one gender where learning how we work as a social humans could be limited.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You present a relevant preference for mixed education, especially when you explain that it can build social skills and prepare students to work with people of different genders. Your personal experience at a public mixed school also gives the response a useful example. However, the position is not consistently clear: the opening describes support for separate education, while later paragraphs favour mixed schools. The opposing view is mentioned, but its reasons are speculative (“maybe because this kind of schools have another approach”) and are not developed or weighed against your own argument. To strengthen the response, state your degree of agreement clearly in the introduction and develop both the benefits and limitations with specific explanations or examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has identifiable paragraphs and a generally relevant sequence: it introduces the issue, discusses socialisation, presents the case for single-sex schools, and gives your personal view. However, the overall progression is not clear because the first paragraph appears to support separate education, whereas the conclusion favours mixed schools. Several ideas are repeated, particularly the claim that mixed schooling improves social skills, without adding much new explanation. Connections between sentences are sometimes awkward, and the final paragraph largely restates earlier points rather than drawing the argument together. Give each paragraph a distinct purpose, use linking expressions to show contrast and cause more precisely, and make the conclusion directly reflect the position established at the start.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “co-educational,” “single-sex institution,” “social skills,” and “opposite sex,” so the reader can follow the main subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices, word forms, and spelling errors make parts of the response difficult to understand. Examples include “increasment,” “compering,” “separete,” and “differents point of views.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “social humans” and “understand how our society.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling and word forms carefully. For example, use “social development,” “compare with,” and “different perspectives”; these choices would express your ideas more clearly and precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional idea about how early social interaction may help students later in life. However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence construction frequently interrupt the flow. For instance, “girls and boys are educated” is followed by “schools where only girls or boys attends,” and “Learn how to socialize … might be helpfull” lacks a well-formed subject and verb pattern. The sentence beginning “Attending to co-educational schools” also runs into a loosely connected clause. Practise building complete sentences with clear subjects and verbs, and check agreement and article use. Shorter, accurate sentences would help make your argument easier to follow.
