The line graph demonstrates the valuable times past and apparently overloaded rates, in addition, the plan will overweighted rate in nine chose countries. The are some countries, the times were begin enhanced by many countries such as, USA, France, Korea, and Canada.

Overall, the projected both times modify over-higher calculates in selected nine international areas in 1970 from 2020.

In the US, the projected in the last years in 1970 was 50% and, it reached at maximum highest point 79% 2020 rather than other decades. As well as in the past, the concept of projected in England, that was minimum selection 45%, while in the 1980, 1990, and 2020, it was similar highest point with US 78%
