The given line graph illustrates the information of past and future project rate in OECD countries from 1970 to 2020.
Overall, USA leads the list with most past and future projects while Korea noted with lowest proportion.
As shown in graph the rate of project in USA starts in around 1973 and has rapidly increased over the years till 2020. While the Korea has a slight increase starting at 1998 with 25% project rate and noted at 35% till 2020. France starting at around 30% in 1990 and gradually increased up to 45% till 2020. Italy's has
