Overall, it can be witnessed that USA had a substantial proprtion of overweight which remained highest percentile in aforementioned years allbeit Korea with least percentum of overweighted population. Notably, remaing countries demonstrate fluctuataions throughout the specific time period meanwhile Australia soars dramatically.

To commence with, in initial years before 1980 USA was only state with overweight population and it continued to increase till the last year 2020. Followed by this 4 more conutries came into list Austria, Spain, Australia, France, England from which Australia and England were the unique figures to show dramatic incline in percentile. As for Australia it initiated from approximately 32% in 1988 and crossed 60% in the year 2020 meanwhile England started from 45% and touched around 70%. Moreover, Canada and Spain also showed slight increments however they still remained below 60% and were observed at same ration approximately 55% in 2020 respectively.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You provide an overview that identifies the USA as having the highest rates and Korea the lowest, and you note the strong rises in Australia and England. These are relevant main features. However, some details are inaccurate or unclear: the USA did not remain highest throughout the period, since its rate was below England’s by 2019; Australia began at about 34% in 1990, not 32% in 1988; and Korea was already around 25% in 1998, rather than below 20% in 2000. The account also says five countries joined the list but names six, and the final comparison of Canada and Spain is difficult to interpret. More accurate comparisons and clearer selection of key trends would make the summary more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, an overview, and two paragraphs describing groups of countries. This gives the reader a general route through the information. However, progression within the detail paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow. For example, the sentence beginning “Followed by this 4 more countries” lists six countries, then shifts between Australia, England, Canada and Spain without a consistent grouping. Linking phrases such as “Moreover,” “Furthermore,” and “Last but not least” are used, but some feel mechanical and do not clarify the relationships between figures. Organise the details by clear comparisons—for example, higher-rising countries and lower-rate countries—and use references that make each comparison explicit.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt a range of vocabulary, including “substantial,” “dramatically,” “increments,” and “fluctuations,” and the reader can generally identify the trends you intend to describe. However, many choices are inaccurate or unnatural for this task, such as “percentum,” “overweighted,” “unique figures,” and “imposes slight fluctuations.” Spelling errors, including “delinates,” “proprtion,” and “fluctataions,” also reduce precision. Some expressions obscure the meaning, particularly “remained highest percentile” and “same ration approximately 55%.” Prefer standard, precise chart language and use it consistently: describe rates as rising, falling, remaining stable, or reaching a particular level. This would improve clarity without requiring unusually elaborate vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses linked with “which,” “as,” and “meanwhile.” Some sentence patterns communicate the broad trend, but errors in sentence construction and grammatical forms sometimes make relationships unclear. For instance, “USA had a substantial proprtion … which remained highest percentile” lacks a clear grammatical link between the rate and the comparison, while “4 more conutries came into list” is missing an article and has an awkward structure. The long sentence beginning “As for Australia” also joins several comparisons without clear punctuation. Work on articles, agreement, clause boundaries, and punctuation, and check that each sentence has a clear subject and verb. More controlled complex sentences would make your comparisons easier to understand.
