Firstly, scientist having their living standards high so they admire every thing around them which will cause a way to acheive developement. At past the invention of electronic devices is very admiring way of talking at a long distance with any colleague and your family member. Besides this it also causes effect on your daily lifestyle beacuse using mobile phones makes your work even smarter.
Secondly, a knowledgeable man is way better than many others and also a thinking man. Also medicine saves those life which we can call as a man of invention in future.
To conclude, I firmly mainatin that besides all the advantages and disadvantages of science if there is a striaght path of using it for your goods then it will be a advantage to use. This is primarily because of the invention made out about appliances. Furthermore, the use of medicine in a proper way can acquire a good health. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt but struggles with clarity and logical development. While you state your position, the arguments provided are often vague or confusing. For example, the second paragraph attempts to link scientific development to 'living standards' and 'electronic devices,' but the connection to the prompt's focus on 'improving people's lives' is weak. The third paragraph regarding medicine is also difficult to follow due to unclear phrasing like 'acquire someone's life.' To improve, ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that directly relates to the prompt and provides concrete, logical examples that support your stance rather than general statements.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the progression of ideas is often disjointed. Transitions such as 'Firstly' and 'Secondly' are used, but the sentences within the paragraphs do not always flow logically from one to the next. For instance, the transition from discussing electronic devices to 'knowledgeable man' lacks a clear thematic link. Additionally, referencing is sometimes unclear, such as the use of 'they' in the third paragraph without a clear antecedent. Using a wider variety of cohesive devices and ensuring each sentence builds upon the previous one would significantly improve the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary range is limited and often imprecise. There are several instances of awkward word choices that impede meaning, such as 'professional era' instead of 'technological age,' and 'acquire someone's life' when referring to medical treatment. You also rely on repetitive phrasing like 'advantages and disadvantages' and 'in a proper way.' To reach a higher band, you should focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and collocations. Avoid using words if you are unsure of their exact meaning in context, as this leads to confusion for the reader.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often make the text difficult to understand. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'scientist having their living standards'), incorrect verb tenses, and awkward sentence structures (e.g., 'it would have advantages neither, disadvantages'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing commas and incorrect capitalization. While there is an attempt to use complex sentences, these are often structurally flawed. You should focus on mastering basic sentence construction and ensuring subject-verb agreement before attempting more complex grammatical structures. Proofreading for common errors like missing articles and incorrect prepositions is essential.
