Some group of people think that the most important aim of science is to improve the people's way of living, keeping this statement in view the science has made life far more easier now then the past years. This helped people to change their way of living and improved the quality of living.

I should agree with this statement that science has improved the people's living because I clearly sees the benefits of science which make life much more easier. In following paragraphs i will explain my point of view with reasons and examples.

Firstly, the life has become much more easier now then the past years, the science has made people's lives easier and improved by different inoventions like telephones for communicating with other people's even though they are in other countries states, motor cars, buses for travelling from one city to another this made life much more improved and easier then the past. By using science people made aeroplane by which we can travel across continents and countries in just few hours.

Secondly, the science has invented the rockets and space shuttle by which astronotes go to the space and even on other plants like moon, mars, etc. This tells us that the science has made the life way much better with their inovations and improved the quality of life by giving us facilities and technological advancement.

If we conclude the statement, the science made our lives much more easier then the past and improved our way of living by giving us many instruments by which our daily life became easier.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position, but the development is limited. While you identify that science improves lives, the arguments are repetitive and rely heavily on listing inventions (telephones, cars, rockets) rather than exploring the 'extent' of the statement or considering potential counter-arguments or nuances. The ideas are somewhat superficial, focusing on the existence of technology rather than the philosophical aim of science. To reach a higher band, you should provide more depth by discussing how science impacts different sectors like medicine, education, or environmental sustainability, and ensure your supporting examples are more analytical rather than just descriptive.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is mechanical and repetitive (e.g., 'Firstly', 'Secondly', 'If we conclude'). There is a lack of sophisticated linking words to connect ideas within sentences, leading to a somewhat choppy flow. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'this made life much more improved', where the antecedent is vague. Improving the variety of transition signals and ensuring that each sentence logically flows into the next would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely heavily on basic adjectives like 'easier' and 'improved', which are repeated throughout the text. There are also several spelling errors, such as 'inoventions' (inventions), 'astronotes' (astronauts), and 'plants' (planets). To improve, you should aim to use more precise terminology related to scientific progress and avoid repeating the same phrases. Expanding your vocabulary to include more academic collocations would help demonstrate a more flexible control of language.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'I clearly sees'), incorrect article usage, and awkward phrasing like 'the science has made life far more easier now then the past years'. The misuse of 'then' instead of 'than' is a recurring error. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on sentence construction and proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy is essential.
