I completely agreed with this statement.Science has changed the people's lives. They discovered many new things that's really impresed the people. In the early twenties, humans lives a very simple life. After the inventions of science world is totally changed. In the past went one place to another is very difficuilt it's take a lot of time however the scientist discovered a new technology they made car aeroplanes which is very usefull for travel. Mobile phone has totally changed our life every tim every place you contact each other. Before farmers take a lot of timr and face many difficulties to ready his land, but the scientist help them they dicovered tractor and other many usefull tools which make's farmer life very easy.

In this time science is very important they always thinks to improve people life. Befoe science everything bocomes very difficuilt and hard but its changed our thinking. Its hepled a lot to face the difficultie of real world. That is why we do all things that we want. I think if the science can not exist man is living in the jungle and lives a very hard life. That is why i agree with this the science main aim is chnaged people's lives. Science saw us how live's in this world. Without this man is nothing.

We became thankful to science. Scientist worked very hard to chnage people life and takes to in a easy way. In my knowledge i totally agree with this that the science is very useful.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear, albeit repetitive, position that science's main aim is to improve human lives. It presents several relevant main ideas to support this view, such as advancements in transportation, mobile communication, and agriculture tools like tractors. However, these ideas remain limited and under-developed, relying heavily on sweeping generalisations rather than detailed elaboration or specific examples from personal experience. While the writer successfully covers the basic premise of the task, the lack of fully extended arguments keeps the response at this level. To move further, the writer needs to develop each main point with deeper explanation and concrete examples rather than repeating the same core idea across multiple paragraphs.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The essay displays some basic organisational structure with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and paragraphs are used to separate main points. However, there is no clear overall progression of ideas, and the flow is frequently disrupted by repetitive statements. Cohesive devices are basic, sometimes inadequate, and mechanical, such as the frequent reliance on simple transition phrases like 'That is why' and 'In my knowledge'. Referencing is occasionally unclear, making it hard to follow the logical links between sentences. To improve cohesion, the writer should use a wider variety of linking words to show relationships between ideas, ensure each paragraph has a distinct focus that advances the argument, and avoid looping back to previously stated points without adding new information.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task, featuring basic and repetitive terms such as 'change', 'life', 'science', and 'very good'. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling throughout the text, including 'alomost' for almost, 'alll' for all, 'peoplw' for people, 'impresed' for impressed, and 'chnaged' for changed. These lexical slips and spelling mistakes occasionally cause some difficulty for the reader. To achieve a higher band, the writer must expand their lexical range by incorporating less common vocabulary, improving word formation, and ensuring accurate spelling so that meaning is communicated with greater precision and style.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response relies on a very limited range of sentence structures, with most sentences being simple or containing faulty attempts at complex forms. There are frequent grammatical errors that can cause difficulty for the reader, including persistent issues with verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and articles. Examples of these errors include 'everything is alomost change', 'Scientist worked', 'humans lives a very simple life', 'went one place to another is very difficuilt', and 'farmer life'. Punctuation is also inconsistently handled. To progress, the writer needs to demonstrate a greater variety of grammatical structures, improve control over basic verb forms and plurals, and reduce the frequency of errors across simple and complex sentences alike.
