Student answer (Band 4.5)
Health of people helped by science
first, I agree with the statement and the reason for this is science helps us to tell that what to do at any situation or a problem. It will help.
Science, the word, which means according to the question is help people to live It's mean is a good health, a good medical health, a good country, a good fitness. These things were done by science .
It helps us to find what problem in our body is, and we can analysis analyse with the help of Medical doctors or we can also scan or do some test of our body to check what problem doesn't people have. It can be seen by the test or the doctor with the help of science, so it is very good help taken by people
For example, if I was drinking water and suddenly, I have pain in my stomach and I was worried that the pain is not gone, and then I tell my family and they take me to the doctor Dr ask me what did you eat or drink after your pain and I tell them I just drink some water after drinking some water after two or five minutes, my stomach start paining so Dr just tell me some medicine and I take it and day after 2 to 3 hours, my stomach pain goes, so this is the power of the science by which we can take our health good and fine.
In conclusion I would suggest that design is one of the best subject or helper Third, which lips the people health save health and also improve the countries and development of the country, cleans and et cetera. So according to me, the science is very important for human health and and it also helps in other things. That's all.
thank you

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
The response addresses the task partially. While the writer manages to present a clear position that the most important aim of science should be improving people's lives, the development of ideas remains very limited and repetitive. For instance, the discussion focuses heavily on a single anecdote about a stomachache after drinking water, rather than exploring broader aspects of human health or alternative aims of science. Ideas are presented without sufficient extension or support, leading to a somewhat tangential exploration of the topic. To move beyond this level, the writer needs to present a wider range of well-developed, relevant ideas that thoroughly examine different facets of the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some basic organisation evident in the text, with an attempt at an introduction, body paragraph, and conclusion, but overall there is a lack of clear progression. Paragraphing is faulty, and cohesive devices are inadequate or misused, such as repetitive use of connector phrases like 'and then' and 'so'. Referencing is also unclear at times, which disrupts the flow of ideas. For example, sentences in the conclusion like 'Third, which lips the people health save' show a breakdown in logical connection. To improve, the writer should ensure that ideas are arranged more coherently with logical sequencing and a more varied, accurate use of cohesive devices to guide the reader smoothly through the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is limited and repetitive, reflecting a basic range. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling throughout the text, such as using 'analysis analyse' instead of 'analyze', 'design' instead of 'science', and 'lips' instead of 'helps'. These errors often cause some difficulty for the reader and impede clear communication. Although the writer attempts to use some less common vocabulary related to medicine and health, the inaccuracies prevent precision. To achieve a higher score, the writer must expand their lexical range, demonstrate better control over word formation, and choose more appropriate terms for academic contexts.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The text displays a very limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences, while attempts at complex structures are frequently faulty. There are frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, tense consistency, and articles, such as 'what problem doesn't people have' and 'my stomach start paining'. These persistent errors can cause difficulty for the reader and occasionally distort the intended meaning. To reach the next level, the writer needs to incorporate a wider variety of sentence structures with greater accuracy, ensuring better control over verb forms, subject-verb agreement, and clause connections.
