It has been observed that the most important aim of science should be to better the life of the people . I agree to this view because science plays a vital role in our life but also focus on discovering new knowledge .My inclination is elaborated in ensuing paragraph and relevant example .

The foremost argument to justify my stand is that it is doing their best in medical advancement .New medicines and vaccines are made ,treatment of life threating diseases are done and also improve the life expectancy. For instance , COVID-19 vaccines help to protect millions of people .Beside this it is also true that it plays an important role in modern technology and agriculture . For instance ,it helps us to communicate with people which are far a part and also see them .

Furthermore, the other reason to prove my point is that science should not only focus on improving people's daily life but also help us to discover the universe, expanding human knowledge and environmental protection .For instance, Discovering unknown facts , climate change research ,Renewable energy resources ,Space research helps scientists to understand the universe and develop technologies that may benefit humanity in future .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You give a relevant position: science should improve people’s lives, while also supporting discovery and environmental protection. The examples of COVID-19 vaccines, communication technology, climate research and space research address the topic, but several points are listed rather than explained. For example, explain how scientific discovery or renewable energy ultimately benefits people, and develop one example in more detail. The conclusion repeats your position but does not fully draw together the reasons. The response contains 233 words, below the required minimum of 250; the nine words copied from the task prompt are excluded from this count. Add enough relevant explanation and support to meet the requirement and develop your argument more fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the ideas generally relate to the topic. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear because several points are joined in long lists, such as the references to medicines, vaccines, treatment and life expectancy. Linking phrases including “The foremost argument,” “Furthermore” and “To conclude” help signal stages, but some transitions feel formulaic, and “Beside this” does not clearly connect the ideas that follow. Improve cohesion by grouping related examples, explaining the connection between each claim and its example, and using clear referencing. A more focused conclusion would also give the essay a stronger sense of completion.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “medical advancement,” “life expectancy,” “climate change research” and “renewable energy resources,” so the reader can understand the main ideas. However, the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or awkward, such as “better the life of the people,” “life threating diseases” and “a part” where you mean “apart.” Phrases such as “my inclination is elaborated in ensuing paragraph” sound unnatural and do not communicate your position smoothly. Aim for precise, natural collocations and check spelling and word forms. Replacing broad lists with a few accurately expressed ideas would also help you show more control of vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast with “but also” and a clause beginning “despite of the fact.” However, grammatical errors are frequent and sometimes make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. For example, “science plays a vital role in our life but also focus” has an unclear subject–verb structure, while “treatment of life threating diseases are done” has faulty agreement and passive construction. The conclusion also runs ideas together without a clear sentence boundary. Practise building complete sentences with consistent subjects and verbs, and check articles, plurals, punctuation and clause structure. Clearer, shorter sentences would improve accuracy before you attempt more complex forms.
