Student answer (Band 5.0)

In the recent era, science is main crucial think which is improving individuals lives in many ways.My perspective is about is that science must be responsible to make easy daily life.

In this era technology playing vitral role in people's life, and technology is came from advanc science. For example, communication system had changed significantly compared to past. Now people do not have to meet face to face for a single meeting , that was huge time consuming. However now people have the chance to communicate in mobile phone with the help of internet connections. They can send single massages or email within second. As aresult people don,, t have to wait any loger to talk with there loved ones. Consequently, people are liveing with out stress, like dont have to worry about their health and any think.

On the other hand, people are compeletly relaying on science, without it they are unable to get any update. Which can create many problem on peoples life. Like stucking into any issues. For example, if the people don't get the weather update from science, most of the time they are about to getting into any big trouble, such as bed weathers conditions. And basically those information came from scientist predictions with their matchiens. So those informations are basic human need. without is people are more likely to feeling into problems. So thet's why science are extremly crucial for people's life. For example, faceing any big floods or natural disoster what can take many people lives if they travel or don't move the dangerous place into safe place.

In conclusion, Science is the think people have to use daily basies. to make their life easier and faster. that help them to in evey sectores. So because of this science should be responsible to fucaus on make people life smooth.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You take a generally clear position that science should improve daily life, and you give relevant examples involving communication technology and weather forecasting. These examples show an understanding of the topic, but the response only partly develops the question of whether this should be science’s most important aim. The communication example explains convenience, while the weather example shifts towards dependence on science and disaster warnings without clearly comparing this aim with other possible scientific priorities. The conclusion repeats your view rather than drawing together the reasons. To strengthen the response, explain why improving people’s lives should take priority over aims such as expanding knowledge, and develop each example with a clearer link to that argument.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the examples are grouped broadly by topic. However, progression between ideas is not always clear. The second body paragraph begins with dependence on science, then moves to weather forecasts and floods, but the relationship between these points is not fully explained. Connectors such as “On the other hand,” “Consequently” and “So” are used, sometimes mechanically or where the contrast or result is unclear. Some references, including “those information” and “without it,” also make the intended link less precise. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, then order supporting details logically and use fewer, more accurate linking phrases.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “communication system,” “weather update,” “scientist predictions” and “natural disaster.” However, the range is limited and several spelling, word-form and collocation errors make parts difficult to understand, such as “vitral,” “advanc science,” “single massages,” “bed weathers conditions” and “fucaus.” Some expressions are also imprecise, for example “science is the think” and “people are liveing with out stress.” These issues fit a basic, repetitive vocabulary range with noticeable errors that can cause difficulty for the reader. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and word forms; choose precise expressions rather than repeating “people’s life” and “science” without elaboration.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures with examples and cause-and-effect links. However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, articles and punctuation. Examples include “technology playing vital role,” “technology is came,” “people are liveing,” and “science are extremely crucial.” Several sentences are incomplete or run together, such as “Which can create many problem on peoples life” and “without is people are more likely to feeling into problems,” which can make the meaning difficult to follow. Practise forming accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses using “because,” “although” or “when.” Check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
