Nowadays we can see significant amount of changes in the environment as years passing people noted that there are many things that are chnaging by time Some people things that at their time the loss of plants and animals are main environmental problems and others thinks that there are such others things that are more important
on the one hand the loss of plants and animals have very serious impact on enironment like bees reproduce honey and the demnad of honey is increasing day by day because it is a natural thing that people use to cure somr of their diseases from cow we get milk and milk is essential thing for human life as it provide natural calcium .from plants we get oxygen which is very importnat for human life decreasing in amount tress cause air poluution and global warming which also cause some serious health issue from polution the people get brathing problems that leads to asthma
On the other hand there are also some other issue that people faced in their lives the first one will be financial issues around 6 million people in pakistan which are poor and they doesnot have enough money to feed their families other than this the low quality education will be a major issue nowadays because 40 percent people in pakistan are iletrate because they have not good quality of education
In my opinion ,every person face some differnt sorts of environmental problems in their lives I can say the los of species and plants are major problem because it is realted to natural things that are produce by them but other some issue also exist which we cannot deny like poluution ,unhealthy food and garbage that also impact on human health

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
The response addresses the task only partially. While the writer attempts to discuss both views regarding the loss of species versus other environmental problems and offers a personal opinion, the ideas remain limited and under-developed. For example, the arguments concerning biodiversity (such as bees and honey) and alternative problems (such as financial issues and low-quality education in Pakistan) are presented as simple lists rather than extended, well-supported analytical points. Furthermore, the discussion drifts into areas like poverty and literacy, which stray from strictly environmental concerns into broader socio-economic challenges. To move to a higher band, the writer would need to fully explore and support both perspectives with clear, relevant arguments specifically focused on environmental debates.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response displays some organization, but there is no clear overall progression of ideas. The text lacks fundamental punctuation, capitalisation, and clear sentence boundaries, making it read as a continuous string of clauses rather than structured paragraphs. While basic cohesive devices and transition phrases like "on the one hand," "On the other hand," and "In my opinion" are attempted, they are often misused or lack proper punctuation support to guide the reader smoothly. Paragraphing is present in a rudimentary sense, but the internal logical flow within paragraphs is frequently disrupted by sudden shifts in topic. Improving this criterion requires using standard punctuation to separate sentences, applying paragraphing more effectively, and ensuring logical transitions between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The lexical range is limited and minimally adequate for the task. The vocabulary consists primarily of basic, repetitive words such as "environment," "problem," "life," and "people." There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling throughout the response, such as "chnaging," "things" instead of "think," "enironment," "importnat," "poluution," "iletrate," and "realted." These lexical inaccuracies and spelling mistakes cause some difficulty for the reader and impede smooth communication. To achieve a higher score, the student must expand their vocabulary to include less common lexical items, ensure correct word forms, and significantly improve spelling accuracy.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response exhibits a very limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple clauses strung together without commas or full stops. Attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty, marred by missing verbs, incorrect prepositions, and severe structural confusion, such as in "around 6 million people in pakistan which are poor and they doesnot have enough money to feed their families." Frequent grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues ("tress cause," "every problems have"), missing articles, and a complete absence of standard punctuation, cause continuous difficulty for the reader. To progress, the writer needs to demonstrate a greater variety of grammatical structures, maintain control over basic verb forms and agreement, and use standard sentence boundary punctuation.
