Student answer (Band 5.0)

In the current era, environmental probelm is common topic in entair world. Many people think that environmental cause of behind the aliments in our society, which lost of specially plants and animals. On the other hand, most of the people believe conserving environment is more important rather than particular species. So I strongly agree preservation environment is important, now I will discuss following both views.

At the very outset, enviromental issues are cased by human, which affect plants and animals. That's why day by day plants and animals reduce in our society. For example, nowadays human are destroying various part of the forest, which has become a threat to animals. As well as, house, furniture, other activities purposes used wood, while comes from trees. So every day human cutting any trees and use to their daily life for various activities. It is one kind of loss of plants in our society. In addition, declining of particular species in our world, which threat of human life. For instance, if plants and animals no attamp in our social life, then we don't maintain good lifecycle, because main problem will be limited food, sufficient quantity trees, etc.

On the other perspective, other people think that conserving environment is more important, because servive to human, protect plants and animals. SO overall main point is that environment preservation is very important. For example, todays human live in very big area, but not servive good lifestyle, because environment disease, which day by day have been bad weather, birty roads, reduce various bird and etc. So we should protect these.

In conclusion, overall discuss to realize that just particular species of plants and animals not but also environment are more imprtant for l

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You attempt to discuss both views and state a preference for environmental preservation, so the response is relevant to the question. The first body paragraph gives examples of forest destruction and the resulting threat to animals, while the second refers to protecting the environment. However, the two positions are not clearly distinguished: the task asks whether species loss is the main environmental problem or whether other problems are more important, but your discussion shifts to whether the environment should be conserved. The claim that species loss threatens human life is also not explained with a clear example. Develop each view directly and make your own comparison explicit—for instance, explain why climate change or pollution may affect more people and ecosystems than the loss of one species.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

Your response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and phrases such as “On the other hand,” “For example” and “In conclusion” show an attempt to guide the reader. However, progression is difficult to follow because ideas are repeated or connected unclearly. In the first body paragraph, the discussion moves from forest destruction to wood use and then to food without showing how each point supports the comparison in the question. The second paragraph also repeats that environmental preservation is important rather than developing a distinct argument. The conclusion is incomplete, so it does not bring the discussion to a clear close. Give each paragraph one clear purpose, use linking phrases only where the relationship is clear, and finish with a complete summary of your position.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “species,” “forest,” “environment” and “preservation,” which helps identify the subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make parts of the message difficult to understand. Examples include “environmental probelm,” “entair world,” “aliments,” “servive” and “birty roads.” Phrases such as “plants and animals no attamp in our social life” do not communicate a clear meaning, and “environment disease” is not an appropriate collocation. Build a reliable set of environmental terms and check spelling and word forms. Prefer precise expressions such as “habitat destruction,” “species extinction,” “air pollution” and “biodiversity” when they fit your point.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “which” and “because.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence formation and verb patterns sometimes make the meaning hard to follow. For example, “Many people think that environmental cause of behind the aliments” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “human are destroying” has incorrect subject–verb agreement. In “if plants and animals no attamp … then we don't maintain,” the conditional clause and verb forms are not controlled. The final sentence is also incomplete. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses, checking agreement, articles and complete sentence boundaries.
