Student answer (Band 5.5)
Environmental changes in our society , the disappear of different plants and species. On the other hand , some believes that there is other issues, climate changes, global warming, pollution, that are more important to discuss.
In contrast, some individuals believes the extinction of different plants and species are the main issue that can seriously damage the environment. Some plants that disappeared and while the other species are also disappeared thoes were the beneficial for the biodiversity, they maintain the balance in the ecosystem. For instance, honey bees produce pollinate from plants , how human will get honey for different things?!. Just like this if other species will disappear how to maintain the balance .
on the other hand, some believes that the global warming, pollution and climate changes are the certain issues rather then other problems. These issue effects different of people on their health and offcourse for the food production. For instance the vehicles, factories produce air pollution they cause diffrents health issues and people don't breath in an open air. Moreover the global warming and climate changes have majore effects on food productions and natural habitat leading to the distinction of many other species. Therfor having these issues addressing wider environmental issues may protect both human life and wildlife.
in a nutshell, although the loss of species of plants and animals are the basic problems but in my opinion environmental issue are the basic and major issue that effects on both lives (human life and wildlife).Because the food chain would be disturb. So government and individuals should work together to overcome to these issues.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views: the first body paragraph explains why species loss matters, while the next discusses climate change, pollution and global warming. Your opinion is also present in the conclusion, where you argue that broader environmental problems affect both people and wildlife. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The bee example raises a relevant point about pollination and ecosystem balance, but the question about obtaining honey does not clearly explain the wider environmental impact. The second view lists several problems and effects, but would benefit from a specific example and clearer comparison of why these issues may be more important. State your position more directly in the introduction and develop each main reason with precise support.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, moving from an introduction to one paragraph for each view and then a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “On the other hand,” “For instance,” and “Moreover” help signal relationships between ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the discussion of bees shifts from pollination to honey, and the second body paragraph moves quickly from pollution to health, food production and habitat loss. Some transitions are repeated or used awkwardly, and the opening and conclusion do not connect the argument as clearly as they could. Give each paragraph a clear central claim, arrange its supporting points in a logical order, and use referencing and transitions more precisely.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant environmental vocabulary, including “extinction,” “biodiversity,” “ecosystem,” “air pollution,” and “natural habitat,” which helps communicate the topic. There are also attempts to use more specific terms, such as “food production.” However, the range is limited by repeated general words such as “issues” and “problems,” and several word choices or forms are inaccurate, including “the disappear,” “distinction” where the context requires a term for species dying out, and “produce pollinate.” Spelling errors such as “diffrents,” “majore,” and “Therfor” also reduce accuracy. Build a bank of precise environmental collocations and check spelling and word forms; this will make your ideas clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “issues … that are more important” and a participle phrase in “leading to the distinction of many other species.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to interpret. For example, “some believes” has subject–verb disagreement, while “These issue effects” combines an incorrect plural form with an incorrect verb form. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, as in the opening fragment and the run-on question about maintaining balance. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, complete sentence construction, and punctuation before adding more complex clauses.
