Student answer (Band 5.0)
The majority of people belives that main environmental problrm is only loss of particular species of plants and animals besides, others say that there are another more important environmental problems. I believes that both of statements are true because loss of species impacted to biodeversity and ecologic system and another problems like pollution and Global worming also impacted to environment.
The loss of particular species of plants and animals also impact to biodeversity system. If many species are loss day by day then it could impacted to badly impacted because every species give important role in environment circle. Another side if it impacted to ecologoy system because every species depend on another for food. For example if cats species will disapper in the future than rats countibility will increased rapidly and it affect to all environment. Another side if plants species will disappear in future so Oxygen will start to decreased, which cause nobody can alive on the earth. So that's why we should take steps for save to diffrent species of plants and animals.
Another side many another problems are more important like pollution. Pollution is one of main problem, which we face in modern world. Pollution has been increased day by day in the world. It causes many deseases appear in the world. Another side global worming also impact the world badly, it causes floods appears in mny cities and any people loss their homes another loss their life. It also increased earth timpreatuse day by day which causes many glaciers covert into water. So thses are also main problrm a

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You discuss both views and state a position: you consider species loss important while also naming pollution and global warming as serious problems. Relevant examples, such as the relationship between cats and rats and the effects of warming on glaciers, help illustrate your points. However, the ideas are mostly asserted rather than fully explained, and your opinion about which problem is most important remains unclear. The response also ends abruptly at “So thses are also main problrm a,” leaving the discussion and conclusion incomplete. The response contains 246 words, so it is four words below the required minimum; 17 words copied from the task prompt were not counted. Develop the comparison and finish with a clear concluding judgement to address the task more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: the opening introduces the two views, and the following paragraphs address species loss and other environmental problems separately. Examples are generally placed near the ideas they support. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow, and the repeated connector “Another side” does not always show a clear relationship between points. For instance, the shift from species dependence to oxygen levels is abrupt, while the final paragraph stops mid-sentence, so the essay has no complete ending. Use a wider range of accurate links such as “In addition,” “By contrast,” and “As a result,” and make each paragraph develop one main point in a clear sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “biodiversity,” “pollution,” “species,” and “glaciers,” which makes the subject recognisable. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, such as “biodeversity,” “global worming,” “countibility,” and “timpreatuse.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “environment circle” and “take steps for save.” Aim to learn accurate forms and collocations for environmental topics, and check spelling carefully. More precise expressions such as “ecosystem,” “population,” and “take steps to protect” would help communicate your ideas more clearly and reduce repetition.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer cause-and-effect structures, for example, “If many species are loss day by day then it could impacted…” and “which causes many glaciers…”. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction sometimes make the meaning hard to follow. Examples include “The majority of people belives,” “I believes,” “species are loss,” and “Oxygen will start to decreased.” There are also incomplete or poorly joined sentences, especially in the final paragraph. Practise forming accurate conditional sentences and checking subject–verb agreement and verb patterns; for example, use “If species are lost, this could have a serious impact” and “oxygen levels will begin to decrease.”
