some people believe that ,the core environmental issue of our time is the decline of particular wild life while others think, there are more significant challenges. In this essay i will discuss both veiws before giving my opinion.
On the one hand, protecting wildlife is highly significant.Nature relies on a balance of different plants and animals to stay healthy. If one particular species dies out,it can damage the whole food chain .Losing bees would means fewer plants are pollinated, which directly threatens global food production. Therefore, species loss is a very serious danget to the planet.
On the other hand, there are othert

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0
The opening identifies the two positions—wildlife loss and other environmental challenges—and signals that you will give your opinion. The example about bees also gives a relevant reason why species loss matters. However, the response stops just as the second view is introduced (“there are othert”), so it does not explain what other problems are more important or compare the views. Your own opinion is announced but never stated. The task is therefore addressed only in a very limited way, and the discussion and support are substantially incomplete. The response is also 155 words below the required minimum, leaving too little space to develop both sides. To improve, complete the second argument, state a clear position, and support each main point with explanation or an example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic, understandable structure: an introduction, a paragraph beginning “On the one hand,” and an attempted transition to the opposing view with “On the other hand.” The ideas in the wildlife paragraph also follow a sensible sequence, from ecological balance to the food chain and pollination. However, the essay ends mid-phrase, so there is no completed discussion of the second view or concluding progression. The linking phrases are appropriate but do not yet connect a complete argument, and punctuation spacing makes some transitions harder to read. Build a full paragraph for each view, use clear links between claims and examples, and finish with a conclusion that restates your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “species,” “food chain,” “pollinated,” and “global food production,” which helps communicate the wildlife argument. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “significant challenges.” However, the range is limited by the short, unfinished response, and several spelling or word-choice errors reduce accuracy: “veiws,” “danget,” and “othert.” “Wild life” is normally written as one word, “wildlife,” and “core environmental issue” is less natural here than “main environmental problem.” Proofread spelling and choose precise collocations. Extending the response would also give you opportunities to use vocabulary for other environmental concerns, such as pollution, climate change, or habitat destruction.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response includes both simple sentences and a complex conditional structure: “If one particular species dies out, it can damage the whole food chain.” This shows an attempt to vary sentence forms, and the main ideas in the completed sentences are generally understandable. However, control is uneven. In “Losing bees would means,” the modal “would” should be followed by the base form “mean.” The opening also has inconsistent capitalization (“i”) and punctuation, including misplaced spaces around commas and before the full stop in “food chain .” The final sentence is incomplete, so it cannot demonstrate accurate sentence control. Practise checking verb forms after modal verbs and proofread capitalization and punctuation; then use a wider range of complete sentence structures.
