Technology has increased all over the world .many individuals contend that fighting or crime related programs are benificial for people because it’s is only fictional. while other think that it’s encouraged crime . I will discuss both perspectives in the upcoming paragraphs along with my opinions.

To commence with , according to first perspective all individuals watch programs for the entertainment purpose because they know it’s is not real . Secondly, they watch for relaxation for mind because they follow busy routine all time so the can free from stress with the help of the TV shows thirdly, some programmes show the real world situation and stories so people can aware for all mishappens .

On the other hand , watching all thriller programmes effect people mind because they watch all time and influence more for instance children are more influenced they try to copy their favourite characters and get violent behaviour. Moreover violent shows increased fear in people mind they don’t trust anyone else and some individuals full of mentally disturbed who get aggressive and do serious crimes.

In my opinion, watching violent programs is depend on the person because every person’s have a different choices according to their mood So individual can easily choose what they watch .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion, but the development is insufficient. The essay is under the 250-word minimum, which significantly limits the depth of the arguments. Ideas such as 'relaxation for mind' and 'children copying characters' are mentioned but not fully extended with specific examples or logical depth. Furthermore, the conclusion is incomplete, cutting off mid-sentence, which prevents a clear summary of the position. To improve, you must expand on your points with concrete evidence and ensure the essay meets the length requirement to allow for a full discussion of the prompt.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay uses basic cohesive devices like 'To commence with', 'Secondly', and 'On the other hand' to signal structure. However, the progression of ideas is often disjointed due to grammatical errors and awkward phrasing. Paragraphing is present, but the final paragraph is incomplete, which disrupts the overall flow. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the phrase 'some individuals full of mentally disturbed', where the connection to the previous point about violent shows is weak. Improving the logical flow between sentences and ensuring a complete conclusion would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, often relying on simple terms. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'mishappens' (instead of 'mishaps' or 'unfortunate events'), 'effect people mind' (instead of 'affect people's minds'), and 'full of mentally disturbed' (instead of 'mentally disturbed'). These errors occasionally impede the reader's understanding. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use a wider range of vocabulary, including less common lexical items, and focus on using them accurately in context rather than relying on basic, sometimes misused, terminology.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that affect clarity. There are persistent issues with subject-verb agreement ('it’s is', 'shows increased'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are simple or contain fragments, such as the final sentence which is incomplete. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with spaces placed before commas and periods. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic structures prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement will help improve your score.
