Student answer (Band 5.5)
There is a ongoing debate on whether fictional violence is harmless entertainment or not, Some individuals think they are new things to explore but many of them are in favour of extra or bad violence shown which should not be allowed to publicly.
On the one hand, Fiction movies or web series are seen as a new type of intrust as, comic books are boring to read and old fashioned, so they converted into visualising the story in a dramatic way which helps to understand better and fun to watch. Also new type of script or dialogues are to be shown. Whereas it also gives employment to sketch, voice and many more artist. To illustrate, spiderman was a normal comic book until 2000 but after its film the fan base goes all over the world.
On the other hand, there is audience who are against these type of entertainment as, they do not want there kids to watch extreme violence and drama at such young age. In contrast there as many cases where children try to experiment those stunts and ended up hurting themselves, also in many regions people still love to watch documentaries, real story films rather than any imagination. Example operation Black hunt, The last ball, Breath, The last dance.
In my opinion, new generation will make and watch animated films but, they should create a proper guidelines or certain age restrictions before realising any movie, thus government should also strict the sensory board and cut extreme violent shots.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion, meeting the basic requirements of the prompt. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding the economic benefits of film production is relevant but not fully connected to the core issue of violence. The discussion on the negative impact is also quite brief, relying on general statements rather than deep analysis. To improve, you should expand on your points with more detailed explanations and clearer links to the prompt's central theme of 'fictional violence' versus 'real-world behavior'. The conclusion is present but could be more effectively integrated with the preceding arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, the transition 'In contrast there as many cases' is grammatically awkward and does not effectively signal a contrast. Some sentences are disjointed, such as the list of examples at the end of the third paragraph, which lacks a clear connection to the preceding sentence. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'nonetheless') would significantly enhance the flow and logical progression of your arguments.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. There are several instances of awkward phrasing, such as 'intrust' (likely meaning interest), 'publicly' (used as an adverb where a noun or adjective is needed), and 'strict the sensory board' (incorrect collocation). You rely on basic vocabulary, and some word choices are imprecise, which occasionally hinders clarity. To reach a higher band, focus on using more sophisticated vocabulary and ensuring that words are used in their correct grammatical form and context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'there as many cases'), incorrect word forms (e.g., 'realising' instead of 'regulating'), and punctuation errors, such as the comma splice in the first sentence. The use of articles and prepositions is also inconsistent. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents the writing from reaching a higher level of accuracy. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors would be beneficial.
