Student answer (Band 5.5)
Fictional voilence showed on entertainment shows are absolutley a concern now a days for many individuals which should b adressed as it could impact the society at a larger scale.
To beigin with the perspective of fictional voilence being harmless is supported by many indviduals who tends to enjoy consuming specific kind of content and thats the core reason why the production houses even produce such shows which includes fake or shocase voilence. The media even states an important note right at the begning that thi is all for the content and doent have anything to do with the reality to make sure that it does not have any negative impact on audiance and most of the time they blurr out such scenes.
On thr other hand such shows could possibley outcome with an negative impact on the socity as some people might think of it as a normal accepted behaviour since it is so openly showcased and accepted by the both production houses and the audiance. It can push an individual with not much sense of controll into commiting a voilence action which is a major concern.Whatever people consume on or off screen is what they tends to perform later whether intentionaly or unintentionaly. Some people can even develope traumas by watching a voilence on screens even if its fictional as it appears to be super natural and real on screeen.
I believe at the end everything comes down to an individual how the content is being percieved by them.I persoanlly thinks voilence should b probihited for showing on screen reagardless of whether if its fictional or not.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the argument regarding the 'harmless' nature of violence relies on the existence of content warnings, but does not explore the psychological or sociological depth required for a higher band. The personal opinion is stated at the end but lacks sufficient justification or integration with the previous points. To improve, you should expand on your arguments with more specific examples or logical reasoning to ensure the response is fully developed.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is limited and sometimes mechanical. Transitions between ideas are occasionally abrupt, such as the jump between the media's disclaimer and the audience's reaction. Furthermore, the referencing is sometimes unclear, and the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') to create a more natural progression of ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but there are frequent spelling errors (e.g., 'voilence', 'absolutley', 'adressed', 'begning', 'socity', 'probihited'). These errors are noticeable and detract from the overall quality of the writing. While you attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'production houses' and 'fictional violence', the range is limited. To achieve a higher score, you need to demonstrate more precise word choice and ensure that your spelling is accurate, as these errors occasionally force the reader to pause.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('individuals who tends', 'everything comes down to an individual how the content is being percieved') and incorrect word forms ('possibley outcome with an negative impact'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing after commas and periods. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar and sentence construction limits the score.
