The table shows the number of fatal, serious and slight injuries resulting from gun and knife crime in Great Britain from 1998 to 2007 and the percentage increase for each degree of injury over the period.

The given table demonstrate 3 stages of injuries happened from gun and knife in Great Britain from the year 1998 up until 2007 and the increase in percentage of each level of injury over time.

Overall, the percentage of slight injuries has lead the chart from an extensive number falling behind is serious injuries. The number of fatal injuries is less comparatively.

In the first 5 years, starting from 1998 up until 2003 the highest number of injuries resulting from gun and knife is recorded in the year [redacted phone]. Which had 2179 individuals injured containing 1683 with a slight injury and 416 with serious harm. In total of 80 people had a life threatning injury. Moreover, from 2003 to 2007 the highest recorded number is infact in the year [redacted phone] of 3912 individuals getting harmed. However, the total of [redacted phone] in not given.
