The table shows the number of fatal, serious and slight injuries resulting from gun and knife crime in Great Britain from 1998 to 2007 and the percentage increase for each degree of injury over the period.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The table illustrates the number of fatal, serious and slight injuries resulting from gun and knife crime in Great Britan in the period of 1998 to 2007 and the share increase for each degree of injury over the period.
Overall, total number of crimes has kept increasing over the years. The highest percentage growth was seen in slight injuries and the least was fatal injuries.
The fatal injuries in [redacted phone] were the lowest at 49 and remained to be the lowest, while increasing at slight rate through out the period reaching 58 in 2006/7. The total of 18% increase was seen in fatal injuries, comparing to serious injuries it is quiete low. The serious injuries was the second most highest, It started with 162 and gradually reaching 476 in 2006/7. 194% increase was seen in this category.
The largest share of injuries from gun and knife was slight injuries with 653 in [redacted phone] and shown the growth of 405%, double of the serious injuries. However total number of injuries has an increase of 342% over the period.
