In recent years, through the internet, air travel, trade and popular culture, globalisation has rapidly increased. Many people believe that the increased interaction between nations through globalisation is a good thing.

Discuss this view and give your own opinion.

Student answer (Band 4.5)

The easy access to technology nowadays, has changed the world significantly and transformed it into a small village. i personally think it is a really good thing, especially that globalisation is the main reason for people to interact and connect easily.

first and foremost, the cultural exchange, it allows different nations and cultures to get to know eachother and share alongside traditions and information.

secondly, the spread of innovations and medical advancements let people worldwide share ideas and help technologies to reach more countries faster

finally, the economic growth and job creation, the access to the global markets and foreign investments the countries can more jobs and developp their industries.
