Student answer (Band 5.5)

Globalisation is an important factor we cannot deny it to have some social experience and to learn about different communities it is necessary. In this essay I will discuss how it is important have internaction between different nations and how they are important with examlpe.

It is human nature to explore different things if this exploration move towards human and their behaviour and culture it results into globalisation. It help to understand their point of view about differnet things about their religion and how they response to different situation it is good thing beacuse it provide you sence of civilization and to understand things fromdifferent perspective also improve your problem solving abilities and improve your social skills.Furthermore it also make us thankful about many things when we see people sometime in more struggle then us we understand how grateful we are sometime we are inspired by others to work better in life so it is combination of all.

My brother is epitome of this because he travel a lot and had experienced many different culture like muslim, hindu, chinese all have same main point to be kind with other and never to use rights of others illegally which indirectly reflect peace and I have feel this understanding as a result of globalization have made him more respectfil to others and help them by giving them value that they are important.

In conclusion would say those who are more global are more respectful to others and more relax from inside because they see each and everyhing from different point of view and this internet knowledge, air travel, trade and popular culture have made them genious enough to think everything logically.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You give a clear positive view of globalisation, focusing on learning about other cultures, developing social skills and becoming more respectful. The example of your brother’s travels also supports this position. However, the task asks you to discuss the view that increased interaction between nations is beneficial and give your own opinion; the response mainly lists personal benefits and does not examine the view in any depth or consider possible limitations. Several claims, such as globalisation improving problem-solving or making people more logical, are asserted without explanation or a specific illustration. The conclusion restates your position but does not bring the main reasons together. Develop fewer ideas more fully and connect them directly to interaction between nations.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph explaining benefits, a personal example and a conclusion. This gives the reader a basic route through your argument. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because many points are joined in long strings, particularly the discussion beginning “It help to understand their point of view” and continuing through several benefits. Linking expressions such as “Furthermore” and “In conclusion” are present, but relationships between individual claims are not always clear, and “so it is combination of all” does not specify what is being summarised. Use shorter, focused paragraphs or sentences, with each paragraph developing one main point and clear references back to it.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “globalisation,” “different communities,” “culture,” “perspective” and “social skills.” These terms help communicate your general ideas. However, the range is limited and several choices or forms are inaccurate or unclear, such as “social experience,” “sence of civilization,” “more global” and “genious enough.” Spelling errors, including “interna ction,” “examlpe,” “differnet” and “respectfil,” also make the writing less fluent to read. Some phrases are vague, for example “it is combination of all,” so the reader cannot easily identify the point. Build a more precise topic vocabulary and check spelling and collocations carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including a conditional structure in “if this exploration move towards human and their behaviour and culture it results into globalisation.” However, complex sentences are often not controlled, and frequent errors can make relationships between ideas difficult to understand. Examples include “we cannot deny it to have,” “It help to understand,” “it also make us,” and “I have feel,” which show problems with sentence construction, agreement and verb forms. Articles and punctuation are also inconsistent, as in “it is good thing” and the run-on sequence of benefits in the second paragraph. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, verb forms and sentence boundaries, then use complex structures only when you can control them.
