Student answer (Band 5.5)
In many countries individuals believe that build connection amoung nation through globalisation is good thing. This essay will examine why it is more positive for nations. In my point of view globalisation is benefical for nations because this increase the trade among country and connect them.
The key rearons behind individuals believe globalisation is good thing are benefical for developing country and connect differents cultures. Many developing country trade effectly and affordabily because of rule and regulation of the globalisatin. This assist countries to extend their market through out domistice terrirty. Futhermore globalisation introduce differents clutures among nations and increasing interaction between nations. the example of this is India. In 1991 India was facing a problem of lack of foreign funds,so Indian goverment adopted globalisation which help them to controle the value of doller and introduce new culture because many multinational compnays came in india for more consumers.
Also, there are many other benifit's of globalisation are samall countrys cxan sall their goods in international market and reduce friction amoung nation. Globalisation reduce restiction on intenational trade, so small country have oppotunity to sell their product in developed nation and import foods or other goods from rest of world. Futhermore trade amoung nations reduce friction between countries and give them oportunity to intoduce goods and services in national market which assiet them to improve the condition of country. A clear example of this is Uk. Uk was first country who introduce this thing and had benifits because Uk had best verity of product to sell in international market.
In conculation there are many benifits of globalisation and assist countries to trade smoothly and effectly. This also introduce differents cultures in nations because of their rule and regulation.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that globalisation benefits nations, and you discuss trade and cultural interaction, both relevant to the question. The examples of India and the UK also show an attempt to support your points. However, the discussion is only partly developed: the India example is difficult to follow, and the claim that globalisation helps control “the value of dollar” is not clearly explained. The UK example is also asserted rather than demonstrated, so it does not fully show how trade reduces friction. The task asks you to discuss the view as well as give your opinion; your response focuses almost entirely on advantages and does not consider any opposing view. Develop fewer points with clearer explanations and examples, and make your position explicit throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The body paragraphs broadly group ideas about cultural exchange and trade, and linking expressions such as “Furthermore” and “Also” help signal additions. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear. For example, the India discussion moves from foreign funds to currency control and then to new culture without explaining the connections. The second body paragraph repeats the idea of selling goods internationally, while “this thing” in the UK example has an unclear reference. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, then explain and illustrate it in a logical sequence. More precise referencing and less repetitive linking would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “globalisation,” “international trade,” “multinational companies” and “developed nation,” so the reader can identify the subject and main ideas. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling errors make parts of the response difficult to understand. Examples include “trade effectly,” “extend their market through out domistice terrirty,” and “reduce friction amoung nation.” Repeated use of “benefits,” “countries” and “trade” also limits precision. Aim to learn accurate phrases for discussing economic effects, such as “expand into overseas markets” and “lower trade barriers,” and check spelling carefully. Choosing precise vocabulary will help you explain your ideas without relying on vague expressions such as “this thing.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a reason clause in “because this increase the trade” and a result clause beginning “so small country have opportunity.” These attempts show some range, but complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some relationships unclear. For instance, “individuals believe that build connection” lacks a correctly formed clause, while “globalisation introduce” and “small country have” show problems with subject–verb agreement. Articles and plurals are also inconsistent, as in “is good thing” and “many developing country.” Practise building accurate sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement, articles and plural forms. Shorter, controlled sentences would improve clarity before you add more complex structures.
