Student answer (Band 5.5)
Globalisation has become a key element in recent years as the interactions between nations has increased. The reason behind the growth is the internet, air travel, trade and popular culture. Many people have started to believe that the interactions is a good outcome and will result in betterment of the nations only.
As globalisation increases it will be a good result. As globalisation opens the door of many opportunities for the general public, students, consumers, business owners, and other people. It will make the international borders more fluid. As it will give rise to the opportunities for open direct trade investment. Economically it will give employment opportunities and will overall be beneficial for the students as they get to explore new foreign materials and studing opportunities. It would solve worldwide issues. For example the two major companies of japan and india collaborated on the issue of car engines production cost and over small parts. it was resolved and they launched thier own new car brand with this major issue resolved and name the brand Maruti Suzuki.
On the other the hand the opposition of the globalisation, made their query that through globalisation the entry of new culture or new technology would erode the regional culture. It might shift the mind of youths with new culture and forget their roots. And the arrival of new technogy and foreign companies would decrease the competition and confidence of the local or regional companies or beginner companies. It will not motivate them to improve the resources of their own company.
In conclusion, I agree that globalisation would result in the betterment of the country. Whereas the solution of the the opposition would be to introduce new rules for the foreign companies regarding like paying extra tax which would eventually give chance to the national companies. Overall globalisation would also result in maintance of peace all over the world.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both sides of the view and state your own position clearly: you support globalisation in the introduction and conclusion, while recognising concerns about cultural change and pressure on local businesses. The discussion of opportunities for students, consumers and businesses is relevant, and the Maruti Suzuki example gives one point some concrete support. However, several claims are asserted rather than explained—for instance, that globalisation will “solve worldwide issues” and “maintain peace” is not supported with reasoning or evidence. The opposing view is also less developed than the benefits, and the proposed extra tax is introduced briefly without explaining how it would protect local firms. Develop these points with clearer cause-and-effect reasoning and more precise examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph supporting globalisation, a paragraph presenting concerns, and a conclusion. This makes the main line of discussion easy to identify. You also use linking expressions such as “For example,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion.” However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The opening of the second paragraph, “As globalisation increases it will be a good result,” repeats the position rather than smoothly introducing a reason, and several sentences beginning with “As” are incomplete or awkwardly connected. The example about the car companies is difficult to follow because the sequence of problem, collaboration and outcome is not clearly signposted. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the point it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of topic vocabulary, including “international borders,” “foreign companies,” “regional culture,” and “employment opportunities,” so the reader can understand the main ideas. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “direct trade investment.” However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or repetitive: “a good result,” “betterment of the nations,” and “give rise to the opportunities” sound unnatural in context. Spelling errors such as “studing,” “thier,” “technogy,” and “maintance” also reduce accuracy. Aim for more natural academic phrases and check spelling carefully. Greater precision would help distinguish economic benefits, cultural effects and competition concerns rather than relying repeatedly on broad terms such as “opportunities” and “issues.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including clauses with “as,” “whereas” and “which,” and the overall meaning is generally recoverable. However, some errors in agreement, sentence construction and articles remain. For example, “the interactions between nations has increased” should use a plural verb, while “Many people have started to believe that the interactions is” has the same agreement problem. The fragment “As globalisation opens the door of many opportunities” needs to be joined to a main clause, and “As it will give rise…” is also incomplete. There are awkward constructions in the conclusion, including “the solution of the the opposition would be to introduce…” Work on complete clause structure and subject–verb agreement, then proofread articles and punctuation.
