IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The diagram below shows how a mechanical arm works, and how the joints that make up the arm function in the same way as those in a human arm. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

the process chart illustrate,the how mechanical arm and how that joint make up the arm function in the same way as those in a human arm .

overall,there are seven different parts to attach in mechanical arm.

however, in the first stage computer precision and control of motors and in the end of the process it is done by base usually stationary occasionally movable

firstly, its start from the computer precision and control of motor. there are three motors those attach the differents parts of the body. furtheremore, firest motor will attach the elbow-allows those helps to make movement and flexibility or second motor will gripper built in sensors control force and its attachbby wirst allows gripper.

turning to the remaning details ,there is left only one motor who attach by shoulder raises lower arm however,it has the pivot enables arm to rotate also in the end base stationary /occasionally movable is konwn as the mechanical arm work
