The diagram below shows how a mechanical arm works, and how the joints that make up the arm function in the same way as those in a human arm. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram illustrates how the mechanical arm function and the joints that make up the arm function in the same way as those in a human arm .
Overall , the mechanical arm is control by a computer and powered by several motors.These motors allow the arm to move in different direction and perform various tasks, much like the muscles and joints in a human arm . The arm can also be fitted with different tools depending on the task required.
Initially , the process begins with a computer , which provide precise control over the motors . these motora are positioned at different joints of the mechanical arm and are responsible for producing movement .By controlling the motors , the computer enables the arm to bend , rotate and move its different section accurately.
At the end of the arm , different attachments can be used for particular purposes.For example , the diagram shows a spray-painting tools and drilling tool. This means that the same mechanical arm can perform different typesof work simply by changing its attachments.
The mechanical joints work in a similar way to those in a human arm . The motors act like muscles by producing movement , whlie the joints allow the different section of the arm to bend and rotate . Consequently , the mechanical arm can carry out precises and repititive tasks that would otherwise require human effort.
