IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The diagram below shows how a mechanical arm works, and how the joints that make up the arm function in the same way as those in a human arm. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

To begin with, the mechanical arm has so many features in comparison to the human arm as it can do work faster than humans. The mechanical arm has a shoulder which can up and lowers the arm and it is easy to rotate through the instrument called pivot in addition with it has really well base which is moving very rare. It has really flexible elbow through this it can allow movement comparisingly the work done by humans has a lot of effort they have to adjust themselves according to the trouble in machine.

To add with it, mechanical arm has wrist that has flexible gripper that can easily rotate, whereas humans have to spray paint first than they have to make the holes and then they have to do welding, on the other hand, mechanical arm generate three motors at a time and make a computer in a very precised manner.
