IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The diagram below shows how a mechanical arm works, and how the joints that make up the arm function in the same way as those in a human arm. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

This diagram given below illustrates working of mechanical arms,and the joints that makeup by the arm function exactly same the way human arms works.

Overall,it is shown a working of computer-precision control of motors which is divided in to three motors and working of pivot-enables and its rotation.

At first,motor is connected to the pivot-enable arm which is moveable in contrast, A second motor joined with elbow and third connected to gripper-built in sensors control force.

secondly, A wrist-allows gripper help to rotate.Shoulders working under thre gripper which helps in rotation.it rasied lower arm for rotation. There is a base present beneath these tools it generaly move according to an occasion it is still moveable but depend according to situation otherwise it stays stationary. there is aso an alternative end-effectors is shown which is used to spray paints and weld metal.
