Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear overall view in the opening and conclusion: eco-tourism is a positive trend, while environmental care should remain important. You also include relevant points about stress relief, enjoying natural places, using public transport and avoiding litter. However, the response only partially develops the task. Much of the discussion describes why people enjoy trips, rather than explaining the wider effects of the expanding eco-tourism industry. The environmental examples are useful but brief, and the point about cooking outdoors is difficult to follow. To strengthen the response, explain how responsible tourism benefits local communities or protects habitats, and support each main reason with a specific example. Keep your position clear while developing both the personal and environmental benefits.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is a basic overall shape: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a concluding opinion. The ideas about enjoyment and environmental responsibility are relevant, and the final sentence returns to your main view. However, the progression between points is difficult to follow. For example, the first body paragraph moves from stress relief to mountains and beaches, then to rubbish, transport and cooking without clear links. Repeated use of “mostly” and “because” also makes the connections feel mechanical, while references such as “that environment” are not always clear. Organise each paragraph around one main idea, use topic sentences, and explain how each example supports that idea. Clearer sentence boundaries and more precise linking would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “eco-tourism,” “public transport,” “pollution,” “environment” and “stress relief.” These choices show that you can communicate the general subject and some practical actions. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, while frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices sometimes make the meaning hard to understand. Examples include “unique activite,” “green forest area” and “slow changes of damage.” Aim to learn accurate topic collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise expressions for environmental impact, conservation and responsible travel would help you explain your ideas clearly without relying on repeated general words such as “good” or “enjoyment.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You make attempts to connect ideas in longer sentences, for example with “because” and “if,” and you use some simple sentence forms to state your opinion. However, sentence structures are limited, and errors in sentence formation, verb forms, agreement, articles and punctuation occur frequently enough to make parts difficult to understand. The opening sentence, “Mostly people are bored in there life,” is unclear, and the conditional example beginning “if you want to go mountains” does not form a controlled sentence. Several ideas run together without full stops, which further obscures their relationships. Practise writing one complete idea per sentence, then build accuracy with basic clauses before adding subordinate clauses. Check subject–verb agreement, articles and sentence boundaries during revision.
