Student answer (Band 5.5)
In today's rapidly evolving world, it is often argued by some people that the majority of the individuals are trying to become eco-friendly and it is also one of the biggest issue of 21st century and has sparked considerable debate. Although, some people may believes that it is negative development. However, i strongly inclined to consider it as positive advancement because it can be beneficial for marine life and its benefits for climate control initiatives and also because of its economical assistance. This essay will present compelling reasons and real world examples to support my perspective.
To begin with, marine and eco-friendly contribution, i believe that eco-tourists can be benificial for acuatic life because the majority of the tourists spread lots of the plastic waste on beaches and inside the ocean. As a result some fishes and tortoise face harmful effects on thair life and their habitate. For instance, according to the BBC, the death troll of marine life raised about 20% in last decade due to the plastic waste in the ocean. Hence, this point can clearly make this statement a positive one.
Secondly, another additional postive effect is on our climate. In today's modern world, climate change has become global an issue. Therefore, when some eco-friendly travellers use environmental friendly ways as reduce the usage of items that produced green house gasses, utilization of cycles. Consequently, it has postive effect on our planet. For example, In Baltic countries the majority of visitors use cycles rather then using vehicles. Overtime, such outcomes contribute to long-term stability, progress, or individual well being.
In conclusion, although it is understandable that some may take a different view, However, i firmly believe that these factors have positive outcome for the humanity and for the planet. The reasons discussed above are supported by both logic and evidence and make this position both reasonable and well-substantiated.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you consider the growth of eco-tourism a positive trend, and you give relevant reasons concerning marine life, climate, and economic assistance. The two body paragraphs also include examples, such as plastic pollution and cycling in Baltic countries. However, the economic benefit mentioned in the introduction is not developed in the essay, and the marine-life discussion focuses more on the harm caused by ordinary tourism than on how eco-tourism specifically reduces it. Some claims, including the reported rise in marine deaths, would be stronger with clearer explanation or support. Develop each reason by showing the direct link between responsible travel and its benefits, and ensure the conclusion reflects the points actually discussed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. The main ideas are generally presented in a logical order, and signposts such as “To begin with,” “Secondly,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the argument. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical or unclear: “Hence, this point can clearly make this statement a positive one” does not explain the connection precisely, while “Overtime, such outcomes contribute to long-term stability, progress, or individual well being” introduces a broad, unexplained claim. The introduction also promises economic benefits that the body does not address. Improve progression by linking each example directly to its paragraph’s main claim and avoiding generic concluding phrases.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonable range of topic-related vocabulary, including “eco-tourists,” “marine life,” “plastic waste,” “climate change,” and “green house gasses.” There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “considerable debate” and “long-term stability.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable, including “benificial,” “acuatic,” “thair,” “habitate,” and “postive,” and some expressions are unnatural or imprecise: “death troll” appears to mean “death toll,” while “economical assistance” is unclear in this context. These slips do not prevent the overall argument from being understood, but they limit precision. Check spelling carefully and choose collocations that express your intended meaning directly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentences, using clauses introduced by “although,” “because,” and “when.” Some sentences communicate the main ideas clearly, but there are errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction. For example, “some people may believes” should use the base verb after “may,” and “it is also one of the biggest issue” needs plural agreement. The opening also combines “Although” and “However” in a way that creates an incomplete or awkward contrast, and “when some eco-friendly travellers use … as reduce” is not a complete grammatical construction. Practise building accurate complex sentences and check each sentence for a clear subject, verb, and complete clause.
