Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many individual enjoy travelling and they are more caring for environment and this is a positive trend
when eco tourists visit places it have good effect on economy, they also take care of environment. They try to make environment clean and in thats way pollution can also control. This is also useful for people because when more and more people go to tour this also provide jobs to people. This also save wildlife and forest.
As it have many advantages it have also disadvantages as many individual visit it also make pollution people will throw litters ,garbbage and it cauase land pollution and it will also effect wildlife
when i was in BS we went to the trip that destination was muree.Muree is very beautiful place and this the land of many animals .There were many people who came to visit this beautiful place but there is no cleanliness.I saw litter everywhere people just drinking water and throwing bottleS and eating the pops and threw them .I am trying to say that tourist are expanding industry but our environmenmt condition is declining day by day.We all must take measures that if we are visiting any place we must take care of destination.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a relevant, generally positive view of eco-tourism and mention several effects, including jobs, pollution, and harm to wildlife. The Murree visit is a useful personal example that illustrates how visitors can leave litter. However, the response only partially develops the question of how far this is a positive trend: the benefits are listed briefly, and the disadvantages are not weighed against them to make your extent of support clear. The conclusion offers a general call to protect destinations rather than restating a clear judgement. The response is also 50 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to explain and support your ideas. Develop each main point with a reason or example and state your position clearly throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some organisation: you begin with benefits, move to disadvantages, and then give a personal example before ending with a recommendation. This gives the reader a basic route through your ideas. However, progression is not consistently clear, and several points are joined in long strings with little punctuation, such as the description of visitors littering in Murree. Connections between ideas are sometimes repetitive, particularly the repeated use of “also” and “when.” The personal example would work better in a separate, clearly developed paragraph, followed by a conclusion that directly answers the question. Use paragraphing to distinguish your position, supporting reasons, example, and final judgement, and choose linking phrases that show contrast and cause more precisely.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the main topic, with relevant terms such as “pollution,” “wildlife,” “forest,” and “cleanliness.” The personal example also includes concrete details about bottles and litter. However, the range is limited and some words or phrases are repeated, including “people,” “beautiful place,” and “environment.” Several inaccurate word choices or spellings make parts less clear, for example “throw litters,” “the pops,” and “environment condition.” Aim for more precise topic vocabulary and check spelling and word forms. For instance, you could describe visitors as “discarding rubbish” and say that tourism can “support local employment.” This would make your ideas clearer and more appropriate for an academic discussion.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You communicate your main points using mostly simple sentence patterns, and you attempt to connect ideas with clauses such as “when more and more people go to tour.” However, the range of structures is limited, and frequent errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries sometimes make the reader work to understand the meaning. Examples include “Many individual enjoy,” “it have good effect,” and “This also save wildlife.” The Murree example also contains run-on sentences, with several ideas joined without full stops. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and build a few controlled complex sentences, using full stops to separate complete ideas. Careful editing for sentence boundaries will improve clarity.
