Student answer (Band 5.5)
Worry for the environment is spreading quickly and more and more individuals are opting to be eco-tourists travelling in responsible, environmentally friendly methods. As a result, the eco-tourism industry is expanding.
In my opinion, I firmly believe it is one of the greatest notion as the people while travelling can take care of the environment at the same time. Therefore, it has some negative impact as too much visits to these areas can pollute the specific place and disrupt the wildlife.
On the one hand, people now a days enjoy spending time in the nature which compels them to visit the natural environment, where they look after the wildlife and also protect the greenery at the same time. Additionally, it can help to sustain the specific areas for other people to visit. For instance, if majority of the people travel to such areas they will be mindful of planting trees which can be productive for the better green environment and the trees will be protected at the same time. Eco- tourism is expanding to the greater extent because the amount of rise in anxiety and depression. Furthermore, it is one of the escape from worldy stress in day to day life.
On the other hand, due to the expansion of eco-tourism we should keep in mind, the number of people visiting to such sites can be a threat to the environment. Moreover, it can disturb the wildlife. Moreover, the more people visit the more they will throw litter and resources will also be utilized to the greater extent. For example, I have witnessed people throwing garbage into the sea and rivers which can be life threatening to the sea life.
In the concluding statement, it is concluded that eco-torism can assist in the protection of the greenery nature but also can result in the destruction of the surroundings. Drawbacks must be put to consideration as well. Whereas, I believe this notion can assist the government to make a cleaner and greener environment.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address the question by presenting both benefits and risks, and your conclusion makes your view broadly positive while acknowledging possible harm. Relevant points include protecting natural areas and wildlife, alongside litter and disturbance caused by visitors. However, the position is not fully consistent: the opening calls eco-tourism “one of the greatest notion,” while the conclusion says it can also destroy surroundings and then returns to a positive view. Several ideas are asserted rather than explained—for example, the link between eco-tourism and planting trees, and the claim that industry growth is driven by anxiety and depression. Develop fewer points with clearer explanations and specific, relevant examples, and state your degree of support consistently.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting contrasting sides, and a conclusion. “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” help signal the main sections. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven: the first body paragraph moves from enjoying nature to tree planting, then to anxiety and stress without clearly connecting these ideas. Cohesive devices are also repetitive or awkwardly used, particularly the repeated “Moreover,” and “at the same time.” The conclusion repeats earlier points rather than drawing them together into a precise final judgement. Group related ideas, use clearer links between cause and effect, and vary referencing and transitions so the organisation feels less mechanical.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “wildlife,” “litter,” “resources,” and “environmentally friendly,” which makes the subject clear. There are also attempts at less common expressions, such as “disrupt the wildlife” and “life threatening,” but several choices are inaccurate or unnatural and sometimes make the meaning less precise. Examples include “the greatest notion,” “the greenery nature,” and “the amount of rise in anxiety and depression.” Spelling and word-form problems such as “eco-torism” and “worldy” are also noticeable. Build a more reliable range of collocations for discussing tourism and conservation, and check spelling and word forms. Prefer precise, natural phrases over ambitious wording that does not fit the context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional example beginning “if majority of the people travel” and a contrast between benefits and risks. However, complex constructions are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “it is one of the greatest notion as the people while travelling can take care” has problems with article, agreement, and sentence structure; “the number of people visiting to such sites can be a threat” also has an awkward grammatical pattern. Other issues include missing articles and plural forms, as in “spending time in the nature” and “too much visits.” Practise building accurate clauses and checking agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries before adding complexity.
