Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You give a clear overall view that eco-tourism is positive, especially when you say it can support economic growth, help communities, and benefit the environment. These points are relevant to the question, and the example of donating to charity shows a personal response. However, the discussion only partially explains how eco-tourism achieves these benefits. For instance, “look after our surrounding environment” and “good for our economics” are asserted without a specific explanation or example. The response also shifts between environmental protection, charity, and personal donations without clearly showing how each relates to responsible travel. To strengthen the answer, explain two main benefits in more detail and use a concrete example, such as how visitor fees fund conservation or local employment.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is an identifiable overall direction: you introduce eco-tourism as a positive trend, give several supporting points, and finish with your opinion and a personal commitment. Some linking expressions, including “the first benefit,” “moreover,” and “in my opinion,” help signal the relationship between ideas. However, the response is presented as one long block, and ideas are not arranged into clear stages. Connections are often difficult to follow, particularly in the sentence beginning “in another, site these industries expanding ratio.” Several points are repeated or joined together without clear transitions, so the reader must work to identify the progression. Use separate paragraphs for your position, each main reason, and the conclusion, and make each paragraph develop one central idea.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “eco-tourists,” “environment,” “charity,” and “economic growth,” and you try to express ideas about communities and future generations. However, the range is basic and many word choices, forms, and spellings are inaccurate, sometimes making the intended meaning hard to understand. Examples include “more attracts toward,” “valubale opportunity,” “sorrounding enviorment,” and “funding in charity.” Some phrases, such as “the amount of these people growing rapidly,” also do not express the intended idea naturally. Build a reliable set of topic vocabulary and check spelling and collocations. Prefer precise expressions such as “the number of eco-tourists is increasing” and “support local communities” over unclear or repeated wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt to connect several ideas in longer sentences and use some basic structures to state your opinion and give reasons. However, sentence structures are very limited in control, and frequent errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation can distort meaning. For example, “people … is growing” needs a plural verb, while “every individual … have chance” has agreement and article problems. The opening also joins several clauses without clear sentence boundaries, making the argument difficult to follow. Practise writing short, complete sentences first, then combine related ideas with accurate conjunctions. Check that each sentence has a clear subject and verb, and review agreement, articles, and full stops before submitting.
