Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear: you consider eco-tourism a positive trend, and both body paragraphs give relevant reasons, including reduced pollution and protection of natural and heritage sites. The examples about public transport, rivers and litter also help connect the discussion to environmental effects. This meets the task well, but the support is uneven: the river example is linked to global warming rather than clearly showing how eco-tourism would prevent it, and the tax example is introduced without explaining where or how it has worked. To strengthen the response further, develop each example with a clearer cause-and-effect link and explain more precisely how responsible tourism benefits local communities as well as the environment.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure, moving from an introduction to two reason-based paragraphs and a conclusion. The main ideas are generally easy to follow, and phrases such as “For instance” help signal examples. However, some links feel mechanical or unclear: “Below paragraph state the reasons associated to it” does not smoothly introduce the essay, while “In continuation” is an awkward transition between points. References such as “these sites” and “these small un-known habits” are not always precise, and several ideas within the second body paragraph are placed together without a clear sequence. Use more natural transitions and organise each paragraph around one main claim, followed by explanation and a directly relevant example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-specific vocabulary, including “sustainable development,” “natural habitats,” “air pollution” and “heritage sites,” which is appropriate for the subject. There is also some effort to vary expression rather than relying only on basic words. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word choices are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: examples include “healty,” “vehicals,” “poluution” and “depricate.” Several combinations are also unnatural, such as “natural belongings,” “clear space of different species to take birth” and “optimal approach to fix pollution.” These issues limit precision and control. Build a reliable set of environmental collocations and check spelling carefully; prefer established phrases such as “natural areas,” “provide habitats for species” and “address pollution.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple statements and attempts at longer, complex sentences, for example the sentence beginning “With the growing economy” and the clause about habitats that “might depricate in less than a decade.” This shows some range, but control is inconsistent, and several sentence patterns contain errors that make the meaning less smooth. Examples include “Eco-Tourism has experience” instead of a correct present-perfect form, “people choosing to travell” where a finite verb is needed, and “helps protecting” rather than “helps to protect” or “helps protect.” There are also problems with articles and sentence boundaries, as in the comma splice joining the habitat claim to “this can result.” Practise accurate verb forms and clause joining before adding further complexity.
