Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You state a clear view that eco-tourism is positive, saying it is “the best way to protect nature,” and you give relevant points about pollution, fresh air and human health. However, the response addresses the question only minimally: these points are asserted rather than explained or supported with a specific example, and the final sentence is incomplete and does not add a developed reason. The discussion also does not consider any limitations or explain the extent of your agreement beyond calling the trend positive. The response is 106 words below the required minimum, leaving too little space to develop the argument. To strengthen your answer, explain how responsible travel reduces environmental harm and include a concrete example, such as a protected area benefiting from visitor limits.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is a basic attempt to organise the response: you introduce your opinion, then mention environmental and health benefits. Some linking expressions, including “From my perspective,” “Through which,” and “Whereas,” show an effort to connect ideas. However, the progression is difficult to follow because several sentences are fragments or do not connect clearly to the preceding point. For example, “Through which people can breathe fresh air” has no complete main clause, while the final sentence trails off without completing its idea. The response also lacks clear paragraph development and a concluding statement. Use complete sentences, group related reasons into separate paragraphs, and make each linking phrase express a clear relationship between ideas.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “eco-tourists,” “eco-friendly,” “natural environment,” “pollution,” and “fresh air,” so the reader can identify the subject of your response. However, the range is basic and several expressions are repeated or imprecise, such as “the best way” and “protect nature.” There are also spelling errors, including “travell,” “benifits,” “un polluted,” and “deases,” which reduce accuracy. Some combinations are unnatural, for example “decrease the main cause of pollution” and “eco-tourists-travelling.” Build a more varied set of precise terms for environmental impacts and responsible travel, and check spelling and collocations. This would help you express the relevant ideas more clearly and naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts a few longer structures, such as “The most common and precious advantage is that it protect the natural environment,” but control is inconsistent and the range of sentence forms remains limited. Agreement errors appear in “it protect,” and the opening sentence contains a confusing construction: “The eco-tourists -travelling is the best way.” Several clauses are incomplete, notably “Through which people can breathe fresh air,” and punctuation and sentence boundaries are often unclear. These problems sometimes make the intended relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with clauses using “because,” “which,” or “so.” Check subject–verb agreement and ensure every sentence has a complete main clause.
