Student answer (Band 5.0)
Giving priority to the surroundings issue and choosing eco tourism while visiting in manageable and eco- friendly methods. In conclusion, eco- tourism industry is developing. In my opinion, I believe it has advantages such as saving of natural items, benefits for environmental health.
To begin with, there are several merits of eco tourism. Firstly, It saves natural items for future generation. To explain, if we use natural things as per highly needed, our future generation can see it and get exploration of past life of their ancestors. Secondly, It gives benefit to environmental health. Elaborating further, individuals taking care of the surrounding is the best impact on environmental health which didnot provide tension to the government and they can focus on other development.
Although, it can be difficult for the people to use the resources in a little amount as they need higher amount of the sources to do a things but, for the shake of a country development and security and safety, people have to deal with this circumstances. Likewise, it will be face tackling situations for some days however, it becoms the habit after some times and individuals will be used to it and use the necessary and little amount of resources to show their coming generations.
In conclusion, Eco- tourism mostly has positive aspects only because it is for the benefit of our environments which helps our physical and mental health to be happy and healthy and it also develops the habit of utilization of product and resources which manages our responsibility.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You take a clear overall position that eco-tourism is positive, and you give relevant reasons: conserving natural resources and benefiting environmental health. The discussion of future generations also connects to the topic. However, the response only partially develops the task. It does not explain clearly how eco-tourism itself produces these benefits, and the point about people needing to use fewer resources is difficult to follow and not supported with a specific example. The prompt asks to what extent this is positive, but the conclusion says it has “positive aspects only” without considering any meaningful limitation. To strengthen the response, explain each reason with a concrete example, such as how responsible tourism protects a habitat or supports local communities, and make the extent of your view explicit throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph presenting benefits, a paragraph acknowledging difficulty, and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. However, progression between ideas is not consistently clear. For example, the paragraph beginning “Although” shifts from resource use to national development and then to people forming a habit, without showing how these points connect to eco-tourism. Some linking phrases, including “Elaborating further” and “Likewise,” feel mechanical or do not accurately express the relationship between ideas. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, then connect explanations directly to it; clearer referencing would also help readers follow what “it” and “this” refer to.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “eco-tourism,” “natural resources,” “environmental health,” and “future generation,” so the main subject is generally identifiable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are unnatural, sometimes making the meaning unclear. For instance, “saves natural items” is not an appropriate way to describe conservation, while “get exploration of past life” does not clearly express what future generations would learn. Phrases such as “for the shake of a country development” and “face tackling situations” also show difficulty selecting natural expressions. Build a bank of accurate topic vocabulary and check how words combine in context. Prefer precise phrases such as “conserve natural resources” and “protect local ecosystems” over broad or improvised wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, as in “Although, it can be difficult for the people to use the resources in a little amount as they need higher amount…” However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the reader work to understand the intended meaning. Examples include “Giving priority to the surroundings issue” as an incomplete opening sentence, “individuals taking care … is the best impact,” and “it will be face tackling situations.” Verb forms and agreement are also inconsistent in “it becoms the habit” and “individuals will be used to it.” Punctuation around “Although” and “but” further disrupts sentence structure. Practise building complete sentences with one clear main clause, then add subordinate clauses only when their grammatical relationship is clear.
