Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt regarding recycling and consuming less, and includes a personal opinion, fitting the general requirements of Band 5. However, the development of ideas is limited and at times unclear. For instance, the discussion on water use and the example regarding Pakistan in the year 2000 are difficult to follow and do not clearly support the argument due to confusing phrasing and logic. While the writer attempts to present a position ('all in all we are secure our enviroment by consume less and recycle'), the arguments lack sufficient elaboration and clarity, leading to a partial fulfillment of the task.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, which provides a basic visual structure, but the internal cohesion and logical progression are frequently disrupted. Cohesive devices are either missing, inadequate, or misused. For example, transitional phrases like 'by the rapid growing of climate change' and 'as instance' are awkward. Furthermore, referencing is frequently unclear; in the sentence 'if we use this waste material by remenufactured we can easily out of enviromental concern', pronoun and noun links fail to guide the reader smoothly. Overall organization is present, but progression is hindered by repetitive phrasing and weak logical links, placing it at Band 4.5, rounded to 5.0 based on paragraphing attempts.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is very basic and repetitive, with numerous spelling and word-choice errors that occasionally impede communication. Examples of non-standard forms include 'poeple', 'recycleing', 'enviromnent', 'industralizatin', 'pollute' instead of 'polluted', and 'remenufactured'. The range of vocabulary is limited to common words, and attempts to use less common items result in significant inaccuracy, such as 'consumtion as we see when over use of water is contioniously up'. These frequent lexical errors and limited control of word formation restrict the score to Band 4.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
Grammatical control is weak throughout the text, characterized by a very limited range of structures and frequent, heavy errors. Simple sentences are often poorly constructed, and attempts at complex sentences result in severe structural breakdowns and run-on sentences, such as 'some of believe that recycle is not enough for preservation of enviromnent and poeples need consume less thing they can use.' Punctuation and verb tense consistency are largely neglected (e.g., 'pakistan were in its big crisis who hells them'). Errors are frequent, cause constant difficulty for the reader, and frequently distort meaning, aligning with the Band 4.0 descriptors.
