Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this rapidly changing world, environment is subject of considerable debate. Few individuals believe that due to increase in concerns about environment , the public prefer recycle. While, other argue that consume less to save environment. This essay will discuss both views and I opine that the later one is workable.
According to former view, concerning for the environment is rise and the public, choose to recycle more and more because of technological advancements, such as highly automated machinery. To make it more clear, in this modern era individuals priortise recycling because it is execelent way to make any product reuseable without harm green.Due to high leveled machinery it is very easy to recycle stuff in major quanity , which saves time and energy along with labours. A pertinent illustration is that, in A merica whole waste is recycle by machine and the citizens are also coperative and helps government to save environment.
Turning towards the remaining view, few citizens saw to consume less to protect green. To elaborate it, less consumption also preserve environment but it is not fully acceptable by the public. All individuals use natural resources according to their needs, or if any tell them to reduce their consumption then its very difficult for them to follow this. Therefore, this is not much perfect for saves environment.
To conclude, although both views are advantageous instead later view. I opine that former view is beneficial because it saves time and energy without compromise with consumption.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You address both views and state a position, but the discussion is only partial and the reasoning is under-developed. The recycling paragraph focuses mainly on machinery and claims that it saves time and energy, without explaining clearly how this supports recycling as an environmental solution. The point about reducing consumption is also brief: you say people find it difficult to change their habits, but do not develop the environmental consequences or offer a relevant example. Your conclusion then switches to supporting recycling, although the introduction says consuming less is more workable, so your opinion is not consistent. The response is also below the required 250 words. To improve, explain each view with a clear reason and example, and maintain one position throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Phrases such as “According to former view” and “Turning towards the remaining view” signal the topic of each paragraph. However, progression within the paragraphs is not always clear, and some links feel mechanical or do not express the intended relationship. For example, “although both views are advantageous instead later view” makes the conclusion difficult to follow, while the introduction and conclusion present conflicting positions. Referencing is also unclear in places, such as “this” in “this is not much perfect.” Use clearer topic sentences, connect each reason directly to its explanation, and ensure the conclusion follows the position established earlier.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “technological advancements,” “natural resources,” and “consumption,” and these choices help communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts of the argument difficult to understand. Examples include “concerning for the environment,” “saves environment,” and “without compromise with consumption.” There are also spelling errors such as “priortise,” “execelent,” and “quanity,” which reduce clarity. Aim to use familiar topic vocabulary accurately before reaching for more elaborate expressions. Learning collocations such as “environmental concerns,” “protect the environment,” and “reduce consumption” would make your ideas more natural and precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some longer sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “because,” “if,” and “although,” but attempts at complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently. For example, “Few individuals believe that due to increase in concerns about environment, the public prefer recycle” has problems with articles, verb form, and sentence construction. In “the citizens are also coperative and helps government,” the subject and verb do not agree, and the article is missing before “government.” The conclusion, “although both views are advantageous instead later view,” is also grammatically incomplete. These errors sometimes make the intended meaning hard to follow. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns, then build longer sentences while checking articles, agreement, and verb forms.
