Student answer (Band 4.5)
Nowadays plastic and other things consumption are becoming very common and Indian government have use hug technology on recycle all plastic things but anyhow the pollution are spread slowly not at none. However, this both view are important in every country. Thus, from my perspective i give pros and cons of both view in below given paragraph.
The environment is growing faster and people are also use more ad more products regarding plastic and all stuff. However people have alternative option for example, people can use cotton bags when they are shopping vegetables and other stuff. It becoming slightly costly but there are many benefits in the environment. Foremost and First, consuption of plastic bag becoming empty instend of cotton bag so every one can breath fresh air.
However, cotton bag life is brighter than plastic bag so it would be useful for long time.
But government do best try for recycle the plastic but they are burn plastics so the poplution are less decreased not fully stop.
Therefor people who supports second view there are many aspects such as, If people are try to avoid plastic things so polution is not establish from there area and not chance to recycle it. Although, people have best alternative option for example cotton bag, which is help to avoid plastic and strong than plastic bag. Also, the cotton bag are suitable for day to day work.
Conclusively, people have must be try to avoid plastic bags beacuse if it use it then polution is started from burning process when they give for recycle. Thus, must be use cotton bags day to day life and it becoming cheaper in future time.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You recognise the two broad approaches—recycling and reducing plastic use—and your conclusion gives a clear preference for using fewer plastic bags. The examples of cotton bags and government recycling efforts are relevant to the topic. However, the discussion does not fully explain both views: recycling is mentioned mainly as plastic being burned, without explaining how recycling can help, while the case for consuming less is repeated rather than developed with distinct reasons or evidence. The opening also refers generally to “both view” without clearly setting out the debate. To strengthen the response, explain the benefits and limits of recycling, then compare these with reducing consumption and support each point with a specific example. Your opinion should be stated clearly and consistently from the introduction onward.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has separate paragraphs and a recognisable overall shape: an introduction, discussion, and conclusion. Some linking expressions, including “However,” “Although,” and “Conclusively,” show an effort to connect ideas. Nevertheless, progression within and between paragraphs is difficult to follow. The first body paragraph shifts from alternatives to plastic bags to breathing fresh air, then to the durability of cotton bags, without clearly explaining the links. “Therefor” introduces another point, but the paragraph repeats earlier claims rather than advancing the discussion. Several connectors are used mechanically or do not express the intended relationship. Organise the essay around one paragraph explaining recycling and another explaining reduced consumption, with each paragraph moving from a main point to explanation and example. Use clear references so readers can follow what “this” or “it” refers to.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some topic-related vocabulary, such as “recycle,” “pollution,” “alternative option,” and “cotton bags,” so the subject is generally identifiable. However, the range is basic and repetitive, and inaccurate word choice or spelling sometimes makes meaning unclear. For example, “the environment is growing faster” does not express the intended idea, while “consumption of plastic bag becoming empty” is difficult to interpret. Forms such as “consuption,” “polution,” and “poplution” also reduce accuracy. Aim for precise environmental terms and natural collocations, such as “reduce plastic consumption,” “reusable cotton bags,” and “plastic waste.” Check spelling and choose words that express the relationship you mean; this will make your arguments easier to understand without relying on repeated references to plastic and bags.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including clauses beginning with “However” and “Although.” However, the range is limited, and errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, and articles are frequent enough to make several ideas hard to understand. For instance, “Indian government have use” has problems with the subject and verb form, and “people are also use more” combines incompatible verb patterns. In “the cotton bag are suitable,” the subject and verb do not agree. Some sentences also lack a clear grammatical structure, as in “Therefor people who supports second view there are many aspects.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check subject–verb agreement, verb forms after auxiliaries, and sentence boundaries during proofreading.
