In today's rapidly changing world, recycling has become a matter of considerable debate. While some people believe that recyling will help slove problem of keeping surrounding clean, other argued that recycling will not work, we need to limit our usage. This eassy will discuss both prespectives before explaining why I beileve that recyling will help to reduce environmental issues.

On the one side, recycling items like plastic bottles help environment to keep clean and also say money on decompostion them. The plastic bottles can be reused in many ways. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You introduce both views and state a position: you believe recycling can reduce environmental problems. However, the response addresses the task only partially. The recycling paragraph gives examples of reusing bottles, but does not explain how recycling more broadly reduces environmental harm. The opposing view is mentioned through fuel vehicles and rising temperatures, yet the discussion stops mid-sentence at “people can instead using fuel vechiles,” so this argument and your own opinion are not fully developed or supported. The response also does not meet the required minimum of 250 words, which limits the opportunity to address both sides. Develop each view with a clear reason and a relevant example, then explain why your position is more convincing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and linking phrases such as “On the one side” and “On the other side.” These help readers identify the intended contrast. However, there is no conclusion, and the final paragraph ends abruptly, so the overall progression is incomplete. Some ideas within paragraphs are also difficult to follow: the bottle example moves from cutting a bottle to filling it with water without clearly connecting either example to the main claim. Use a clear topic sentence, explain each example’s relevance, and finish with a concluding paragraph that restates your position. More precise referencing and transitions would make the argument easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “recycling,” “environment,” “plastic bottles,” “fuels vehicles,” and “ozone layer,” and attempt phrases such as “matter of considerable debate.” This gives you a basic range for discussing the topic. However, vocabulary is limited and several spelling, word-form, and collocation errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, for example “recyling,” “slove problem,” “say money on decompostion,” and “access use.” Some expressions are also imprecise, such as “keep our surrounding clean.” Build a more accurate set of environmental terms and check spelling and natural word combinations. For example, distinguish reducing consumption from reusing or recycling products.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast clause beginning “While some people believe…” and a cause-and-effect sentence beginning “Due to this damage…”. However, the range is limited, and frequent errors in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, and articles sometimes make meaning unclear. Examples include “other argued,” “recycling items like plastic bottles help,” “can be use,” and “one can filling.” The final sentence is incomplete, which also disrupts understanding. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and correctly conjugated verb, and check agreement and articles. For instance, write “recycling plastic bottles helps the environment” and “a bottle can be used again.”
