The charts below show the number of French adults whose parents spoke a French regional language to them when they were children and the number who speak a French regional language to their own children.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.

The given graph illustrates the number of adults whose parents spoke a regional language to them in childhood. There are different languages given in the graph that represents habitually spoken language and occasionally spoken. Also the number of adults whose parents speak a regional language to their own children.

There is a huge difference in the language Asatian can be speak by 600 people and about 370 people speak spoke occasionally. Then it come to Occitan it’s same as Asatian. However occasionally spoken people are about one million. The given graph demonstrates reduction in number of people spoke languages. Then comes to Breton there people are about 370 whereas occasionally spoken people are 500. Creole and Corsican has minor difference in both languages that there is slightly difference in their languages.
