The charts below show the number of French adults whose parents spoke a French regional language to them when they were children and the number who speak a French regional language to their own children.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.

The horizontal bar graphs demonstrates how many parents frequently and rarely communicate in the regional language to their kids, and the number of adults raised by those languages in France, varying in five distinct categories, including Alsatian, Occitan, Breton, Creole and Corsican.

Overall, there was a myriad of French people staying in Occitan - and Alsatian-speaking environments since they were small, while many thousands of adults have been having Alsatian conversations with their children recently.

Initially, Alsatian and Occitan were popular languages, used in the daily lives of French people's childhood, with quite similar figures at around 600 thousand. Conversely, only nearly 200 thousand people spoke Creole and Corsican natively during that time. Comparing those figures to those in occasional speaking scenarios, Occitan dominated the whole chart with the peak at approximately 1.1 million people, which is 10 times higher than that for Corsican speakers, at 100 thousand. Noticeably, the second place belongs to Breton with 400 thousand people, surpassing the number of habitual families at 150 thousand.
