The charts below show the number of French adults whose parents spoke a French regional language to them when they were children and the number who speak a French regional language to their own children.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

the given two bar graphs depict diferences between past and present French spoken language by parents in thier childhood and when they are become adults to thie own children.

Overall,it is evident from the graphs that maximum parents spoke Occitan language daily or occasianally in first map,while minimum people prefered Corsian language .Likewise,Alstian language are dominent in adults to talk with thier own child;conversely,again few pwople speak in Corsican language with their children.

Looking at the first graph, around 600 thousands adults spoke Alsatian and occitan languages regularly, wherase under half people spoke Alsatian occasionally,and the above 1 million human beings spoke in Occitan language,it was accounted for the highest number .under 100 thousands citizens spoke in Creole and Corsican language regular and random basis,respectively.

Regarding the second chart, approximatelly 400 thousands individuals speak in Alsatian language;by contast, breton ,Creaole and Corsican languages are the least spoken by the people .250 thousands human beings use Occitan languager to speak with their own children.
