Student answer (Band 5.0)
There is no doubt that stress is now as a major problem for world and world's people. Many states and societies are existed they don't take any type of stress. But on the other hand taking stress is better for secure future. Because while person take stress they are serious in life and their future goal is their main task to achievement. While the new generation is don't take stress for their life and for their future goals they only take a stress of their relationship and a stress to don't get betrayed from their partners.
On the other hand parents taking stress of their child future and that stress regards they get ill. Many of the parents get heart attacks by taking stress. Their child have the responsibilities to reduce their stress by giving a time to their parents and save the life of their parents.
Today the amount of stress is increasing day by day because some people take a stress of their past because they can't do anything in past and now they regret and getting several diseases. In my opinion its just a fool thing. Because if we can't do anything and by taking stress can we do the thing which we want to do. The Gen z generation is stresses more than the elder society. Because this generation can't get job and they are living like a hell in their own house. Because parents can't tolerate them. Parents only want that their child id doing a good job and get well settled in life and they can't see the hands of their parents.
So can't take a disease name stress doing a good work so you can't take any type of regret in future.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both views, but the development of ideas is inconsistent and often unclear. While you attempt to present arguments regarding stress in modern society versus the past, the logic is frequently difficult to follow, such as the claim that 'taking stress is better for secure future.' The position is somewhat clear, but the supporting arguments lack depth and relevant evidence. The essay tends to over-generalize, particularly in the discussion of 'Gen Z' and parental stress, which makes the argument feel anecdotal rather than analytical. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-developed idea that directly relates to the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the progression of ideas is often disjointed. Cohesive devices are used, but they are frequently mechanical or misused, such as the repetitive use of 'Because' to start sentences. Referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of the argument. For instance, the transition between the discussion of parents and the shift to 'Gen Z' is abrupt. To achieve a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one to create a smoother narrative flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive, which restricts your ability to express complex ideas precisely. There are several instances of awkward word choices and non-standard collocations, such as 'taking a stress' instead of 'experiencing stress' or 'a disease name stress.' You rely on basic vocabulary, and there is little attempt to use less common lexical items or idiomatic expressions. To improve, try to expand your vocabulary by learning topic-specific collocations and synonyms for common words like 'stress,' 'problem,' and 'future.' Focus on using words in their correct grammatical context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'Many states and societies are existed'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, which makes the text difficult to parse. While there is an attempt to use complex structures, they are often faulty, leading to a lack of clarity. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically ensuring that every sentence has a clear subject and verb, and work on reducing errors in tense and word order.
